+ -1 morePrompt, curteous, thought outside the box. Left his area neat and orderly each day, finished 5 days ahead of schedule doing 4000sqft of refishing, 3000sqft of new installs and 3 large stairways and upper landing railing. 3 coats of poly and great staining work...the place looks amazing. His pricing was 8K less than the closes competitor and I got much more than I paid for. I highly recommend him to any looking to do new installs or refishing existing floors. There were no hidden charges.
Description of Work: Romeo came in wiht his team, quickly gave an estimate for refinishing my main level, ripping out carpet on the top level and refishing all of the stairrails using a darker color.
