The technician called the the day before the service and twice the morning of the service. He arrived on time and in uniform. The technician discussed the service that I ordered and I asked about stretching services. He accessed the entire house, we agreed on additional services that he would provide and the cost of those services. I was really impressed with the extra care and planning during the stretching service. He could have taken a lot less labor intensive by cutting the seam of the carpet. Instead, he moved a lot of furniture and performed the stretching service without cutting a seam. He did a wonderful job. Then, the cleaning process made my carpets look new. He paid special attention to high traffic areas. Well done and I highly recommend.

They were on time and complete professionals. Did a great job. Will be using in the future.

He did a good job with the carpet cleaning but I'm afraid he did not deodorize as the odor was not pleasant afterwards. Usually a pleasant smelling odor is left behind. This time, it was a dirty water smell. No deodorizer was used.

The person was okay but I wasn't very happy with their work. I had bought the deal for the whole house and obviously he was told he was only doing some of them. He done the upstairs and started packing up before he done the downstairs. Lucky enough I was here and caught him and he did do the downstairs. There were some spots left on the carpet but he wouldn't redo them. I have to have them redone by someone else. The price was fine but since the work wasn't done proper it was a waste of $149.00 and I have to have it redone.

Stains were out. Carpet looked great.

I called and received nothing but politeness and professionalism from the Scheduler to Antoine Meeks and his Assistant though the entire job. They arrived as scheduled and It took approximately two and a half hours to complete the stretching, spraying and cleaning. I was very pleased with their professionalism, timeliness, and most of all, their results. I felt that I was given a very fair rate (this included an Angie's List Promotion ) for the quality of service I had received and I would not hesitate to use them again.

The provider had to call and cancel the day of service because the sub-freezing temperatures locked up his machine. Since I had already put time into moving all my furniture, he got another service to come out and perform the service. I appreciated the work he put into the job even when he didn't actually do the work.

Antoine showed up early and was quick and efficient in cleaning five rooms and a flight of stairs. Antoine was very professional and did a great job.

We had an ugly stain on the carpet that I had made much worse by overzealously attacking with a combination of carpet cleaners. Instead of a simple stain, I now had a big 'brown out' chemical spot on our cream-colored carpet, and I feared I had ruined it forever. Antoine saved the day! He showed up with his industrial-strength tools and cleaners (on a Saturday no less!), and within an hour cleaned almost 1000 sf of carpet. The carpet overall looked great, and on first glance, I thought he had even removed the brown stain! But when everything dried, I was disappointed to see that though it had faded, the brown stain was still apparent. I called Antoine back, fully expecting him to say that he'd done the best he could do. But he surprised me by offering to come out for a retreat of the spot, at no additional charge. A few days later, he was back and tried a different combination of cleaners, and this time it worked! Great company, great service, great guy. Will be using him again.

They were great. No hidden or additional costs. I would use them again in the future.

The service for the big deal from Carpet Transformers was great. They did a great job. We had them Scotch Guard it so there were extra charges than the big deal charge of 149 dollars. We have a dog and they did a great job. It was a great deal, number one for such a huge area of carpeting. They were very good about moving things and putting them back where they needed to be. They did not move any of our heavy furniture that was not included, everything else that was included in the deal that they did do. They did a great job. I would have liked for them to move some of the bigger furniture but for the price that they charged, I wasn't complaining. I got a good deal for the amount of carpet that I had done particularly considering that we have a dog and that the carpets were real dirty. The pricing is excellent.

It went well. Antoine was prompt and gave me a call when he was on his way. We just purchased the home, so we wanted to get the carpets deep cleaned because the previous owner had a pet. I was a little disappointed at the amount of hair that was left behind, but he pulled up so much when he came to clean the carpets! I think this was due to the amount of hair/dirt in the carpet and not Antoine's service or machines. We'd use him again!

They did a good job cleaning and the carpet was clean. The problem was that the carpet was way far gone by the time that they cleaned it.

I purchased an Angie’s Deal for carpet cleaning. Prior to The Carpet Transformers coming to our home I had to change the date with Antione a variety of times based on changing moving dates. He was always pleasant, supportive, flexible and unflappable. The cleaning date and time was critical because our home was to be listed by our real estate agent the following day. Antione arrived promptly and began to work independently. He was able to remove stains that we tried to have removed by several other carpet cleaners. I was amazed as when he was done the entire carpet looked like new. Antione was very organized and did all of the cleaning alone with no direction as we were frantically finishing packing. The house went under contract two days later. Antione was wonderful and super dependable. I am most grateful to him for helping us out during a pressurized time and taking a huge load of stress off our minds. Antione and The Carpet Transformers are the BEST!

Used one of these deals and Antoine did a great job of steam cleaning the carpets. Didn't take long for a response and we scheduled a time for him to take care of the carpets. Pretty much the whole house - 5 bedrooms and some stairs leading to our basement I also needed a little extra done, and for $30 did the additional work in the basement, without hesitation. You can't go wrong with Antoine.
