We had carpets cleaned. 3 rooms and hallway. The window for work to be done was 2 - 4pm. Vince showed up at 2:00 pm on the dot. His went right to work. Vince was very personable and professional. He did a wonderful job and our carpets look amazing! The best customer service I have received in a long time!! I will hire this company again, provided Vince is the person coming!! He was awesome! A+ service!!

Went well. He pretreated the stairs and cleaned all the rest of the carpets. Then went and cleaned the stairs. It was a deep steam cleaning/extraction, not just a surface scrub. Didn't take too long and did a good job.

They did a great job. I still use them to this day.

Carpet Transformers was awesome! They sent a text message to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time and did a great job! The carpets look great. They do meticulous work. Be aware they do have add ons, as pet enzyme to remove pet urine odor, Scotchguard carpet to prevent stains, etc. They also stretch "bubbles" and ripples from carpet. All of these add ons are additional cost, which is understandable. I wasn't aware of the scope of their service and did not budget accordingly, but will consider that for next time. I'll definitely use them again.

Antoine was punctual and did a fantastic job. I purchased the 5 rooms plus hall or something like that and added the additional "deep clean" for $79 more. The carpet looks wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to call Antoine again for my carpet needs.

Antoine arrived on time, Prior to beginning the work, we discussed adding the enzyme pet odor treatment and scotch-guard, and the additional cost was reasonable. He was professional in all aspects of appearance and work ethic. All services were completed in less than an hour. The carpets are fresh, clean & fluffy and no cat smells . Yay! There were no perfumes or fragrances added, which would have been a problem. My husband & I are sensitive to strong smells, no matter how pleasant. Having the carpet cleaned is never fun, but Carpet Transformers made it painless. Thanks Antoine!

It went great. The carpet looked sooooooooo good after the cleaning/treatment. Checked a couple of other companies from Angie's list before going with this company and they had the best price by far - the service was great and they did an outstanding job!

Nice guys but I just used another service in a home we sold out of state. They did a much better job getting carpets clean and the carpet wasn't as soaked as the service we used here.
