This is our second time using Carpet Transformers. We are always pleased with their work. The owner and his workers are knowledgeable, timely, friendly and thorough. We had six rooms, hallways, stairs and an area carpet cleaned and everything looks fantastic.

This dynamic duo did an amazing job on my carpets. I’ve used other services in the past, but Carpet Transformers is now the company I’ll use from now on.

Antoine, the owner , returned my call promptly and came to my home the following morning to assess the job to be completed. The basement in my home flooded and the carpet was pulled up to dry. It needed to have new padding installed and to be reattached to the floor and properly stretched. I had carpet in another part of the house that also needed to be restretched. Antoine gave me an estimate on the spot and I accepted the offer. The work was scheduled for Tuesday morning, and Antoine and a helper came to my home, and promptly began the work. They worked until 1PM and completed all of the installation, stretching and carpet cleaning, cleaned up after themselves, and left us as satisfied customers. I would hire them again, and appreciated the effort and professionalism demonstrated.

We were pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. We were able to make an appointment for the day after we called and Carpet Transformers arrived right on time. Since we don't have carpet in our hall, they offered (and we accepted) to do the closet off the master bathroom instead. We added pet treatment and Scotch Guard to the quoted price.

Used Carpet Transformers to clean my carpet and tile before selling a home and the flooring looked almost new when the finished. The guys took extra time and care to try and remove any stains which were present and I believe they were a huge reason that I received 8 offers the first weekend the house was on the market.

I was really impressed with everything! The quick replies and responsiveness. The speed with which they came to complete the service. The cost was fair and the quality was high! The team even came back to correct something that was hidden under a bed and neither of us could see on his first trip. Very pleased and highly recommend!

Overall the process went quickly and the job was done professionally. There were several stains that were long set in and they were unable to remove them and I was informed of them during the process.

The matched the carpet that was already here perfectly. The price was very good. They came in and did it in one day which was really nice. They were very professional.

It went well. The only thing is that small pieces of furniture were not moved or cleaned under.

Antoine was prompt, polite, through and professional. The carpet looks brand new, and so does the sofa! They are now spotless and sweet smelling again. He has contacted me twice since the work was done a week ago to make sure that I was satisfied. I wish all contractors where like him!!!!

So well. They are a nice lot of gentlemen, and the owner happened to be on this call out, as well. They worked to get stains out that had been there a zillion years, too--went above, if not beyond! :)Just absolutely lovely people, and I would definitely hire them again!

Everything went excellent. Very friendly and professional even gave me advise on stretching my carpet and for a very great price. Carpet looks great and smells! I will defiantly recommand to friends and family and will use again.
