Description of Work: He was very pleasant and I would love to give him an A, but I can't. It started with a problem where had only a medium size patch of remnant carpet to use to replace an area leading into the living room where one of the foster dogs had destroyed it by urinating on it so much the glue crystallized (I was out of town for the month and the dog sitter is another matter altogether). Instead of using the entire piece and replacing a rather large area that would not have been noticeable, he cut the piece in half and only replaced a small area. Unfortunately the glue next to the piece he replaced was not good and shortly after he left (days ) I went to clean the carpet and all the fibers from that area came up. Now I no longer have enough remnant carpet to fix it so I am forced to spend $1000 to replace the carpet in the entire room. He was pleasant, and professional, but even on the two sides that didn't have shredding carpet next to it, the seam is so noticeable you can see it from the other rooms, and since I could see there was going to be a problem as soon as he was done so he should have been able to. He was on the phone the entire time he was working and I can only think that it was because he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing.

Description of Work: Provider was supposed to clean carpets for a move out, unfortunately landlord did not approve the carpet clean; had to re hire another company to clean carpet.

Description of Work: We bought a big deal to get our carpets cleaned, and they came out as scheduled and did a basic carpet cleaning. They tried to upsell us to a better carpet treatment but were fine that we didn't go for that. I was a bit surprised after the fact that they didn't try to upsell us to do a couple of additional rooms in the house rather than just focus on the shampoo. | |We'd use them again.

Description of Work: He showed up on time- was responsive to getting an appt time set up. He did the work quickly and the repair looks great! He also made sure we were happy before leaving. Would definitely use him again!

Description of Work: My dog chewed a hole right in the middle of the carpet in our den. Since it was patterned I had saved a piece from scrap and the vendor installed it. We had a mixup because the carpet is apparently considered "Berber" because it is closed loop, which costs more to patch. But the vendor honored the Angie's List deal price.
