Derrick was professional. He called me 30 minutes ahead of his arrival time and was prompt in his arrival. I originally called to have my toilet plumbing inspected but changed my mind and bought a new toilet. He agreed to install is and gave me my discount on the spot just as the service stated in the deal. He removed my toilet and the box that came with it. That alone would have cost me additional money as my trash service doesn't take that kind of trash. I will definitely use this plumbing service provider in the future and will request Derrick as my technician.

Chris was great. He called an hour before his arrival to let me know when he would arrive. He explained everything and did a very thorough job. He was very professional and cleaned up everything before he left. Berta was very friendly when I called to make the appointment. This was my first time using them, but I will definitely use them again.

I little more expensive than just the $800 as they had to bring it up to code.

I purchased a garbage disposal from Costco and then bought the $120 for $200 deal from this website. The service technician called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. Upon arrival, the technician noticed that the disposal that I purchased was too big for the space. Luckily, he had one on his truck. He explained his process in detail. I checked out their prices on line. Their quotes were the exact averages that I found online. I would not hesitate to call them if I need a plumber in the future.

It turned out I didn't need the replacement as bad as I thought, and as it would have been an additional cost for them to complete the work I decided not to follow through at this time. But they were very pleasant and professional to work with. I would call them again in the future if I needed to.

Everything went great. On time service, pleasant plumber and good work, no mess. Just what I wanted at a good price.

Did need the service. Showed me where the shut off valve was. Felt stupid for paying to find that out. Very helpful person.

I wasn't impressed with them. They weren't in uniforms and were sloppily dressed. It seems like they were set in that it was going to be over the price of the Big Deal, no matter what I did. It seemed like they were going to make it more, one way or the other.

Worker came out a few days later to do the work. He was punctual and courteous, but turns out the work would have cost more than $89. He said he'd have to cut through the wall of my house to replace the faucet. I said "no, thanks". Had get my money refunded through Angie's List since I bought the coupon from them.

Mr. Dirck Kay from ArrowHead Plumbing called earlier than estimated time to see if he could show up earlier. That was fine with us, we were at home anyway. He advised us what the cost would be if the rubber seal needed to be replaced and what the additional cost would be if the flange needed to be replaced. The toilet had been leaking from the bottom onto the floor, messy thing and rocking even after the bolts were constantly tighten. Of course if the whole toilet needed replaced that was a whole new ballgame! That was no surprise to us. He removed the toilet after turning off the water supply line and removing any excess water from the bowl. He replaced the wax ring, put the toilet back on, turned the water back on and flushed, it still leaked and rocked. He told us what he had to do next, was to replace the flange. He proceeded with turning the water off again, removing excess water, removing the toilet and removing the seal (careful not to damage it) and removing the flange. The flange had been there for about 22 years, builders special and he made the pipe an inch longer so that everything would sit properly, without the rocking. He explained everything as he worked. He wanted things to be right. I suppose he was at the house for a couple of hours but never wasted time on the job. He cleaned up after himself and got rid of the trash. You would not of known that he was ever in our home, except that the toilet did not leak or rock. A perfect gentleman and a nice guy and hard worker. He is a keeper. I spoke with Miss Berta at Arrow head plumbing and she was very helpful and a pleasure to speak to. She did not make you feel like you were one in a thousand customers and rushed thru everything. Plumbers are not cheap, but thank goodness they charged by the job and they do not waste time. I would use them again, hopefully not real soon.

Feedback #1: Water heater flush service. The plumber came out, drained some water from the heater, said it was clear and so there was no need to flush the heater fully. Neither did he shut off the water supply to the heater, nor did he switch off the gas to it. After he left, I was a bit unsure of what he did and so I called the company and gave my feedback. The main office said that there was no need to fully drain the water from the heater. I cannot challenge that because I am not an expert. Everywhere online I look, a water heater involved emptying the entire water heater, which was not done. I am disappointed with that. Feedback #2: The office told me that the water heater fittings were non compliant with the Georgia State Code. The plumber did not tell me that when he came out for the inspection. I was told this after I called the main office to inquire about something else. So overall, I doubt the diligence and competency of the plumber technician that came out for the water heater flush and plumbing inspection. I would not use this Plumbing Company again.

I had a leak in my basement and they determined it was from a roof vent - very good experience - will call them back to do work.

Serviceman was very polite and efficient.

.Arrowhead arrived right on time, and performed the faucet switch in a satisfactory manner. However, plumber politely refused to check a clogged drain. They had a chance to impress, but, as it was, they merely did just the one job as quickly as they could to get out of there.

The gentleman showed up on time and completed the job quickly. All was handled professionally. Very pleased with quality and price. This was one of the prepaid deals and worked out really well.

He immediately knew what was wrong fixed it quickly and I haven't had any problems since.

I scheduled Arrowhead to disconnect a professional dog bath tub that was plumbed into a wall and then to replumb it in my new home. This required hard plumbing services. I scheduled a mover on the same day to move the tub after it was disconnected. 3 hours before the appointment they called to say they were not able to do this work and they cancelled the appointment. I had to scramble at the last minute to find a "full service plumber" to assist.

We were very happy with Arrowhead Plumbing. The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable regarding plumbing code. He was also very thorough checking for water damage from a leaky outdoor faucet. We will definitely use Arrowhead again.

Great job! Fast, economical, everyone was friendly (office staff, technician, etc.). Chris was there on-time, set about his work and finished quickly, and even pointed out other plumbing issues in our new house that he felt we should be cognizant of - but he did NOT try the "hard sell"; he just pointed out these issues and explained whether they were serious, moderate, or just things to watch for and attend to sometime in the future.

Service was as expected, service was quick & they provided a warranty. No complaints!

Went well. The plumber was already going to use more heavy duty water lines which I was going to request anyways. Work was quality and plumber was professional.

When the guy showed up, he said it would cost more money to replace the faucet since he would have to go through the garage wall to get access to those pipes. Since I wanted a new faucet because it was leaking, he tightened up the existing faucet to fix the leak. While I am appreciative that I don't have a leak anymore, it seems like I paid a lot of money just to tighten up the faucet.
