Description of Work: If you buy the deal from Angie's List, make sure to call the provider about the final charge. I bought this deal and not happy after I called and talked to the provider... they provide me with very vague answers about the charge, at first they tell me one price and then I told them that I am Angie's List customer and they said that it is for Angie's List customer, otherwise the price is much higher. I have the feeling that they raise their price and by the time they use this deal voucher, it will come down to the same price for everyone. So, it does not make sense to buy the deal since I have to pay extra dollars for the deal.

Description of Work: Arrowhead replaced three toilet shut off valves. I was very pleased with the services and quality provided. The personnel were extremely courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend their services without reservation.

Description of Work: We only wanted a hot water cartridge in our bathroom faucet replaced, but the service man did not have the correct size tool to do the job. he was polite and offered to get the proper tool and come back to our house. He said he'd never seen a faucet like ours in his 25 years as a plumber. The faucet is a pretty ordinary Pfister Price faucet from Home Depot. Nothing fancy and I certainly did not think this job was so complicated. We didn't ask him to come back because there was no assurance that the new tool would work and we didn't waste another morning waiting for him.

Description of Work: Called provider to get a better understanding of cost to install water heater. Was informed that the $75 for $100 credit deal would cover everything, unless there were code related updates needed. Scheduled service and paid for deal. Then received call from plumber who stated the installation cost would actually be at least $500 and the deal only counted as $100 credit towards the total installation cost. Based on this cost we decided not to proceed with the deal or service. Requesting a refund for the deal purchased.

Description of Work: They repaired a sewer pipe that had been infiltrated by tree roots. This is a problem I had been trying to get fixed for weeks. Other plumbers quoted me prices or said they'd come by to give an estimate, then I never heard from them again. Arrowhead Plumbing immediately came when they said they would, and then had an excavator ready to come out immediately to dig up the pipe and repair the sewer line. It wasn't cheap, but the plumbers that gave lower prices, never showed to do the work. I could give a half dozen negative reviews on those plumbers. So, I'd say that most plumbers aren't equipped to handle a sewer repair job. Heavy equipment is needed and most plumbers would have to schedule out a day, rent a backhoe and then do the work. That's why it never happens. They're busy with easier jobs. Arrowhead has a crew with a backhoe and is really setup to do a job like this. They were prompt and very professional. I would recommend them for a big job like this.

Description of Work: He diagnosed why water not coming out in refrigerator door as frozen but expensive to fix and suggested trying hair dryer on door to try and unfreeze a line that ran inside door but didn't work. We declined to have expensive work done -refrugeratir wirjs and ice comes out but no water from refrigerator.

Description of Work: I have called Arrowhead Plumbing twice this month, for two separate problems and they responded promptly, arrived on time and explained the whole situation to me in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend them.
