Description of Work: It was a horrible experience. FOr a slightly dripping faucet in the shower stall, they wanted to cut a hole through my bedroom wall and charge $375. |I didn't do it and they wouldn't give me back my $39, nor would Angie's List back me up. A friend, later, put a universal handle ($5) at Home Depot, and magically, the drip stopped. Very disappointed with Arrowhead as well as with Angie's List. I canceled my long time membership over this incident.

Description of Work: I had a coupon for a water heater flush and whole house plumbing inspection. Because of the age of my water heater the flush could not be guaranteed if water heater was damaged by the procedure. I decided not to have the technician proceed with the flush. All bathrooms, kitchen, and front outside spigot were checked. Prices were given for work needed on water pressure valve, washing machine drain clog, and cost to replace the old water heater.

Description of Work: They replaced the insides of two Leakey toilets with parts I provided.It took them about a half an hour to do the work.$300.00 is way too much money to charge for that kind of work!!They were very nice but they really ripped me off.I was not expecting to pay even half of what they charged me.Every one I told about this deal said yes I was ripped off.They would not give me a quote on the phone even though they knew exactly what I wanted done.So be very careful.
