Description of Work: Bought Angie's Deal to replace the outside faucet. Communication with Arrowhead was very customer service oriented, and pleasant, making sure I had all the necessary information. They told me that Michael would be calling me a few minutes before he arrived, which he did. When Michael arrived, he was very professional and efficient. He answered all my questions. He replaced the faucet, with a new heavy duty one, and sealed the gap between the faucet and the home. I was very pleased with Michael's service and professionalism. Job well done, my outside faucet works better than ever. No more leaking. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Representative failed to come through after numerous attempts to reach him only to find out in the end that he no longer work there and then after have communicating with them again finally got them to come through to resolve the problem they end up sending and different plumber who founded the problem to be less problematic than the previous plumber did

Description of Work: the cost was for an evaluation of the problem. He came, he looked at it and suggested a new system for both. He did not say how it could be temporary fixed, just that it had to be replaced. I had someone else fix the problem (free) We are working on replacing the system. But for now we can use it.
