Description of Work: Took out an old kitchen faucet and Installed a new kitchen faucet.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal to replace outdoor faucet. The plumber was unable to remove the existing faucet from the outside; ended up cutting a hole through the inside wall and a back panel of the kitchen counter (for what I considered substantial additional cost). And of course, plumbers do not repair the access hack when they finish. But I cannot fault the actual plumbing work performed.

Description of Work: I will NEVER purchase a "special" from angies list again. The entire process is very misleading. We needed two bathroom faucets changed and we had family coming to town so I thought it would be a great opportunity to use my "$39 for $100 worth of plumbing services "special. If I hadn't had needed to have the work done that day I honestly would have just said " angie ...you can just keep my $39.. I'll do the work myself and have learned a $40 life lesson". I ended up paying almost $300 for something I could have done myself in around an hr.I don't blame anyone but myself for this....like they say.." if it sounds too good to be true..it probably is.

Description of Work: I can't fault the company for services not rendered. What I thought would be a minor adjustment to a bath faucet was quoted out at $300+ for replacement of a bath spout that was rarely used. I decided that a minor problem in a guest bath was not worth it. Basically, I paid for a plumber to come out and quote me. No service was done. Technician was friendly, professional and straight forward. Next time I need to do more research on the problem so I know what to expect.

Description of Work: I had a new kitchen faucet installed. I was amazed to find out that the cost of installing a kitchen faucet was $250, with my Angie's List purchase the cost was $190. The faucet was installed quickly (in less than an hour) and there were no problems with the installation. As a DIYer, I found it very hard to pay $190 for an installation that took less than 1 hour! Nonetheless, the job was done well.

Description of Work: They did the faucet replacement we needed, though it necessitated going in the crawlspace under the house to do it and that meant that they could not honor the Angie's List discount price. We still okayed getting the job done even though it was going to cost the full usual rate and they did an excellent job. I'm sure that the reason many companies are willing to offer Angie's List discount deals is because the introduction to clients often results in billable work that goes beyond what the discounted deal covers.

Description of Work: The guy was nice enough. I don't think I had a good understanding of what the 89 dollars entailed. It ended up costing more than I thought.
