Description of Work: I had a new showerhead, a faucet and a garbage disposal installed. As a matter of fact, I have used them again since them to have another faucet installed. I requested the same plumber since he id such a great job the first time.

Description of Work: I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom. I cut a few small holes in the ceiling of the kitchen to determine where the leak was coming from. Called them to come out using the $120 for $200 worth of service. After 30 minutes they say they can't find the leak. So I'm back to square one. I run the shower for 20 minutes and it starts leaking to the kitchen floor. This time I cut a hole in the wall by the upstairs bathroom to see exactly where it's coming from. They come back out, say "It's leaking fromy where the controls are on the tub. You'll need to silicone that. We don't do that. Oh and by the way you cut the holes so you get to patch them." So seriously, I go to Home Depot, get silicone and do it myself. Basically waste of money and time. Won't ever use them again.

Description of Work: Miss Angie, | |I need your help. The "plumbers" came down and evaluated the situation. They stated that they did not have the room to "stretch the pipe" to do repairs so they said they had to cut into the dry wall in the interior. I don't think so. | |The job was to cost approximately $250-300. This is to the best of my memory. The guys were nice, polite and reasonably knowledgeable. This company is not sending down plumbers or even apprentices...they are sending down minimum wage employees. I do not mind that they sent down job appropriate personnel but they should not imply whether consciously or subconsciously that a plumber will be there to do the job. Description of Work: Paid for a special offer -- $100 worth of plumbing for $39 -- only to have the plumber come out to fix my sink leak and tell me that it's too old, that he doesn't have that type of equipment to replace it and that I'd probably have to rip sink out of wall to be sure it's fixed. And then the company kept my $39 and never offered to refund me despite doing no work whatsoever.

Description of Work: The plumber was to repair a broken faucet on the exterior of our home. He did not have the right equipment to replace the knob on the faucet. This was a very easy repair with just replacing the knob on the faucet, however, the plumber said that he had to go through an interior wall. When I inquired on fixing the faucet from the outside of the house since it's an exterior faucet, the technician said he did not have the right equipment. The technician did not finish the work, and there was absolutely no follow up. I felt like I was totally ripped off. Terrible service.
