Description of Work: Did a great job, there was an extra fee since ours was into the brick, and they had to cut an access point from behind. They did a great job though!

Description of Work: The master bathroom shower valve cartridge was replaced. I got a Angie's List Deal $120 for $200 Credit Toward Plumbing Services.The Plumber was on time and he assessed the problem went and got the supplies did the repair and was done in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Plumber said a lot of customers are not happy with offer b/c they are having to pay more and Wanted to charge me another approx $200 because he said I did not enough pipe slack to remove water spicket and put new one on. Asked how much more he needed and was told an inch or 2. At first I said never mind and would just get my money back and then said hold on and went under sink and pushed on the pipe a little and said their os your inch or 2. So he replaced it without any additional charge.

Description of Work: Outside faucet repair $89 coupon applied. To complete job hole had to be cut on inside of home to have access to outside faucet to add access panel/valve. Also replaced bathroom sink faucet. Customer purchased faucet at Home Depot.

Description of Work: There was a break in my water line outside in my yard. The gentleman arrive on time to assess the problem as well as when he returned to make the actual repair. I will definitely contact Arrowhead again for future services.

Description of Work: We purchased a deal through Angie's List to get $100 of plumbing services for $39. We were contacted the next day to set up an appointment and were able to schedule a plumber for the following day. We applied the deal to having a garbage disposal replaced (labor only) and replacing a part on one of the toilets. Their quotes were in line with what we were expecting and actually cheaper than several other companies for the garbage disposal replacement. The plumber (Dereck) was very polite, personable, and efficient. We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to others.

Description of Work: The shut off valve leaked immediately and had to be replaced. This was unexpected and handled very well. But I was not aware the shorter water heaters cost more and would have found it better to have that explained in the deal that a 40 gallon little unit costs more than the "up to 50 gallon" tall unit. Other than that, good job.

Description of Work: Once the homeowners moved past the plumber's last minute appointment cancellation on the original date and overwhelming cigarette odor when he arrived at the rescheduled appointment, the overall toilet installation service went smoothly and the toilet works GREAT! Thanks!
