Description of Work: This was a year back ... bought $39.00 coupon for couple of hours of plumbing . |needed to change flush pump and fix a tap .... Arrowhead came in quoted me a big number (dont remember exactly close to $400 including the tap thing ) .... decided to get someone else and loose the $39.00 paid to ANgie's .... other guy came in fixed everything in about 45 mins including wipe clean! |paid him $45.00 + tip

Description of Work: $150 minimum so $50 coupon is waste of money for small jobs. One guy came out started repair and left after an hour stating he needed help. Next 2 scheduled appointments were missed. Found new plumber and it took only 1 guy and 15 mins to complete the repair. Would not use or recommend.

Description of Work: They replaced an outdoor faucet, but also had to complete additional modifications to the water line in home's crawl space. I found the crew to be friendly, punctual, and clearly explained the work that needed to be performed. Two thumbs up!

Description of Work: While I knew the job would cost more than advertised price i felt that the price was high for the job and time spent. i might use the company again but would require a detailed estimate first. quality of work was good.

Description of Work: Leaky shower head. Problem was not corrected due to needing to have more work done. The work performed was to alleviate the water pressure; however this did not stop the shower head from slow dripping.

Description of Work: They came out and told us that we had line main water leak. Which we knew we already had. We thought the company was going to identify were the leak was located in the water line. My husband asked the tech since he could not do that could he fix a leaky bathroom faucet. The person said he was not able to because of a plug or ring that he could not identify the maker of the fixture. I felt as though they then should have offered to come back and put in a new fixture, but they just took the payment and did not offer any additional service. We paid for a service but received nothing in return for that payment except for diagnosis that we already knew we had.

Description of Work: Tried to replace outside hose bib. Could not get to interior shutoff or interior pipe because the previous owner drywalled over the area. I will need to remove drywall to get to the pipes. |

Description of Work: I had a toilet tank leak and already had the supplies/parts before the tech arrived. I was shocked to have to pay an additional $100 as the deal included labor for my simple repair. Also, my prepurchased kit didn't come with 2 screws that the tech wanted to change, I was charged exhorbitantly for the screws. I had one or 2 other issues such as a leaky faucet and a slow emptying toilet but was not able to get them addressed though it should have been inclued as the labor. The problem was that instead of hourly labor, they wanted to charge for each individual check. For example, My slow flush repair required no replacement parts and would have been labor only but the tech told me that it wouldn't be included in my free period of labor, I believe there would be a flat fee of $160 charged to snake or auger my toilet. | | |
