The owner was very professional and knowledgable. He was responsive and came right out. I found their quote to be a little high, but overall he was very helpful.

Had originally scheduled an estimate. Leo called well before he arrived and was very professional in his appearance and manners. He inspected the work to be completed and answered questions about other plumbing concerns. He preformed some tests to our system and based on these recommended an array of work and quoted a reasonable price. Leo was able to begin immediately to resolve one critical issue, but after validating with his office, scheduled to return the next day to complete all the tasks. The next day Leo again he called prior to arriving. He got right to work and stayed busy the entire time. He didn't mind us looking over his shoulder from time to time and was always willing to field questions as to what or why. He came with all the equipment required to complete the job. He worked right through the lunch hour without taking a break. Each project was done well and with attention to detail (like caulking when he did not have too) Upon job completion, he worked through the testing with us with him so that we'd be comfortable the job was dome right. He walked us through operation of the water heater and valves, and how to maintain in the future. Great experience. Thanks, Leo.

What an amazing conversation I just had with Derek, the owner of Arrowhead Plumbing. First and foremost he took my call at 7pm at night. Secondly, he spent almost 10 min on the phone with me trying to diagnose my problem in the hopes he could fix it over the phone and save me the money of him having to come to the house. He asked detailed questions and ultimately I think he figured out my issue. Whereas I figured I was looking at a several hundred dollar plumber visit, he fixed me up for free over the phone. Who does that??? Whenever I need a plumber, Arrowhead Plumbing has my business.

I needed to have my water heater replaced as it was leaking and not heating water. I found Arrowhead through Angie's List and called them around 8 AM. By 10 Am they were already at the house with a replacement unit. By noon they were complete. They offered and honored their Angie's List coupon which resulted in a very affordable solution. I wholeheartedly recommend Arrowhead and will definitely use them again when needed.

They did a stellar job all three times. In regard to the leak in the water line, they even advised me as to how to get the water company to reduce my bill because of the leak. They also taught me how to read the meter and recognize a leak early. In regard to clearing my lines, it took them a couple hours because of the nature of my old house and old plumbing. They were determined to do it well and they succeeded. Once again, they did a great job. Lastly, they did a stellar job on the water heater. Cost is an issue for me and he found me a good water heater at a good price and priced the labor fairly. I am sure it is obvious at this point, but I will continue to use Arrowhead. I should mention that they were timely and very courteous with my family - the kids love them actually.

I can understand that it was the holidays and I was as understanding as I could be. Derrick called and told me he would come work on the problem and call the hot water heater manufacturer on Jan 2nd. I finally called him to ask why I had not heard from him. He explained that he was sorry but that the manufacturer was closed for the holiday. This was the last straw as I had just spoken to the company and they said they had been open for business all morning.

I came home from vacation only to find out that my hot water heater turned on me and burst, flooding my basement. I immediately pulled up Angie's List and called a couple of companies. Arrowhead was one of the companies I called and unfortunately they didn't cover my area. After spending a day trying to find a company to replace my water heater, I was disappointed by the various prices and extras they all wanted to charge(ex. accessibility fee because the heater was in the basement, seriously? where the heck is it supposed to be?). The next day the owner of Arrowhead called to see how I was making out and when I told him the quotes I was getting, the owner agreed to replace my water heater. Nigel came on time and replaced the water heater, my valve was also broken and he replaced that for free. The price was more than fair since I had a kit added to give me a 12 year warranty. If Arrowhead services your area, CALL them you won't regret it.

Stacey completed his task in a courteous and professional manner. We will strongly consider Arrowhead for our future plumbing needs.

We had used Arrowhead Plumbing a few months back when our pressure regulator needed replacing. They were local and reasonably priced, especially when compared to some of the other quotes we had received. When our water heater went out on Sunday 9/18/11, we called Arrowhead Plumbing first for a quote. It was the original water heater in our 25+ year old home so it was expected. After getting an initial quote we called one other plumbing service. They stated they would need to schedule an appointment before they could confirm how much it would cost, but they did provide us with a ball park well above what Arrowhead Plumbing had quoted. My husband immediately called Derrick back and scheduled our appointment for the following afternoon. Stacey was polite, professional and efficient, just as before. He called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and from what I can tell thus far, did a fantastic job. Thank you, Arrowhead Plumbing!!!!

When I called (Saturday), they came out the same day to give estimate. Was sold on the professionalism. Replaced pipe the following Monday. Super satisfied.

Stacey showed up early, evaluated my water supply and inserted a new water pressure reducer valve. He adjusted the water pressure to ensure I had sufficient flow for my sinks and showers. The job was done quickly, professionally, and with a reasonable price. After the bad experiences I have had with "plumbers" in the past, it was refreshing to have someone who knew what he was doing. I would use their service again and recommend them to friends.

My overall interaction with them is fine. They are professional. The people who came to do the work were fine and professional. They provided enough information. I would think about using them in future.

The job went very well. I spent about $200 for the job. They showed up on time and did the work in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves and also did what was expected. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

We have a garden tub and we were having leakage that was coming from upstairs to the ceiling downstairs so the gentleman came in and told us that the best and the easiest way to do it is to cut a square on our garden tub. He did that and the problem was the copper connection that it had started leaking so he checked that up, fixed the private parts and then re-fixed the rest. He was a very honest person and told us how to do it and told us how to do it cheaper. We were very pleased. I would recommend his friendliness and not being afraid to make the client knowledgeable (including the client) and making the experience where it's not fearful. We would definitely call him back.

We communicated several times by phone, trying to decide on our next step to replacing our HWH. With all the information Tyrone offered, we are ready to make an intelligent decision. Thank you!!

I was very satisfied with Arrowhead Plumbing and recommend him w/o reservation. I especially appreciate Derrick's drive to hear my plumbing needs and make sure his team gets it right. Not all service companies listen, but this one does.

My wife and I have been working with Derrick for a few years now. Both for our personal residence, as well as our rental properties. Derrick and his team are extremely professional, extremely courteous, and extremely good! Over the years I have worked with several contractors and I have not come across any plumber that is as easy to work with. He has replaced pipes, hot water heaters, and will soon be running all the plumbing for our unfinished basement. Derrick is a very family oriented man, and has strong character and integrity. Called several plumbers for estimates on the remodel. The estimates ranged from $1750. To $2400. The staff at Arrowhead Plumbing were courteous and prompt. The work was completed within a week. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
