The plumber had 20 years experience. Seemed to know exactly what to do and went right to work. The 1st toilet had a leaking wax ring and also found out the gasket was broke. No easy way to replace the gasket because it was part of the insert pipe. But the plumber had a metal repair gasket that could be fastened to the original thus saving me a much larger repair bill. Everything worked well and no more leaks. The 2nd toilet was to be replaced with a new one I had bought. He easily removed the old one and installed the new one. Both jobs took about 2 hours. Perfect. I couldn't have gotten both of these plumbing jobs done by a regular plumber at this price. Worked out great for this retiree. The only questionable think was when he was done, he measured the water pressure at the outside line. He said he does this for new installations. The pressure was about 10 lbs higher than standard, according to him. He said he could add something to regulate down to the normal pressure for $300. I said no thanks as the pressure had been like that for 20 years that I know of. That was the end of that...no pressure from him and we finished. The only additional cost was $13 for the wax ring and the metal gasket brace.

I had signed for up for $99.00 special for 2 hour plumbing service. at the time I asked for the appointment after Easter, APRIL 21. This was on April 1. On Sunday April 6 we discover a serious leak under the sink and in the basement. I called Arrowhead Plumbing and they called back. Talked to the owner and discussed the problem. He asked if he could come out on Tuesday and I agreed. The plumber showed up as schedule. He determined that we had several problems. The leak in the basement was coming from the dishwasher. The Garbage disposal needed to be replace. One the seams on the dishwasher line had split and needed new lines. The Plumber was a true professional. He had 24 years of experience and it was evident he enjoyed his work. Without a doubt this has been the best experience I have had with any type of house repairs. I will continue to use and recommend Arrowhead without hesitation.

Arrived on time. Polite and understood the problem. Worked hard and completed the job in a reasonable time. Very pleased with the service and the company.

from start to finish these guys were great. we noticed our lawn was leaking into the driveway, so we called a couple different people to no avail. then we contacted arrowhead, and they were great from start to finish. prompt, understood our situation (without going into gory details, the entire family was ill with a stomach virus, and being without water was not an option), and made sure to do everything they could to fix the problem. while the problem wasnt diagnosed until a friday and the earliest they could start on it was monday, they promised to go as fast as possible. what should have been a two day job was done in one, allowing my family to check out of the hotel and back into our home.

I had a leak in my shower and went on Angie's list hoping to find a big deal that I would be able to use for my plumbing issue. I found an awesome deal from Arrowhead Plumbing for 2 hours of plumbing labor for $99.00. After reading the excellent reviews I purchased the deal. As the deal mentioned, I was contacted very shortly after my purchase to confirm a date for a technician to come out. My scheduled time was between 5 and 7 pm as I get off work at 5. The Technician Dereck Kay called just before coming out and was there waiting for me when I got home from work. He was a very prompt, courteous and professional young man. And knew his job very well. He did a whole house inspection and showed me some problem areas that I didn't know existed. He didn't try to sell me anything. He was just very helpful and honest. After checking out my shower he found all I needed was a washer. He replaced the bad washer and my shower no longer leaks. He also fixed the stopper in one of my other bathrooms during the 2 hour window at no cost since it did not require any replacement parts. He told me of another issue that needed repaired and how it would be an easy fix if I chose to do it myself. He told me what to purchase and how to repair the problem. I was very impressed with this young man. He did not have to tell me how to fix the problem. He could have easily quoted me a huge price to fix it for me. Because of his honesty and integrity I plan on using Arrowhead Plumbing again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future and I highly recommend Arrowhead plumbing to anyone looking for a great plumbing company. I'm sure all of their technicians are great but I will ask for Technician Dereck Kay when I need plumbing service again. He is a great asset to Arrowhead Plumbing.

First of all I was impressed on how young the provider was such a nice young man he arrived on time and went right to work he seemed very knowledgeable and professional he did a very good job I would recommend this provider.

We scheduled appointment for the PVR work and which would bring the water pressure to 50 (where it needed to be, initially it was 120). The job was done in a timely and professional manner. We are very pleased with the results.

Leo was punctual, courteous, and extremely smart. He listened to my description of the problems I was having and correctly diagnosed each one right away. He did his work quietly and took the time to show me what he was doing and explain in detail why. Best plumber I've ever used, for sure.

Plumber rep was very professional- Did an inspection of remaining toilets in the house for free.

The pipe had frozen over during an abnormally cold week within a wall that had not been insulated well enough for the ambient temperatures. In general, there was a high volume of pipes bursting so getting a plumber quickly was tough given their service call volume. Arrowhead scheduled a time for the plumber and he was on time. The plumber was very nice and professional while fixing the pipe.

I would recommend them with reservations. Please ask exactly what they will and will not do for you .I had water pipe leak. They were prompt to respond and show up on time. The plumber was courteous and knew his work. However , he quoted me 525 which I thought is atrocious. He then Came back with 325 after realizing it was a minor leak on a PVC elbow that needed replacing. The reason for poor rating - They left a big gaping hole in the wall and asked me to get someone else to get to patch it! I have owned houses for over 25 years and have had many a plumbing issue in that time but never has a plumber left me with open cut outs in the Sheetrock. I really appreciate them coming and fixing the leak however, they should have told me ahead of Time that they will be leaving it all exposed, I would have found someone else for that price.

Arrowhead Plumbing were efficient but were expensive. I had also wanted them to put in two new faucets we had bought, but they were going to charge me $125.00 for each sink. I can find somebody who can do it for $30.00. They were fast, very good and very professional. I guess I'm not used to the cost for plumbers.

The service was excellent! I was very concerned as I had just put in a garden with a sprinkler system costing 5 figures. The Atlanta Gas Co. had laid a branch of the Eastside Gas Line across my front lawn. Consequently, I had been living with a pile of dirt for approximately a year until the Fall planting season. What I thought was a big problem, Arrowhead just took over and solved in one day. My garden was not disturbed. I can't say enough good things about them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future plumbing needs.

He was very professional and I had numbers of companies come out and look, and he was most professional by far. He wasn't the cheapest, he was kind of middle of the road, but his manner and his professionalism is what sold me. And then the individual he had come work on our house, his name was Leo, and his crew, and they actually replaced one of our main drain lines in the house and it was like a two day job, they did that, some work in the bathroom, and they were excellent. I would use them again. They were an A on everything because they came and gave us their estimate in the summer, so it was several months after he did the estimate that I called, and they jumped right on it. They worked into my schedule and very good. The professionalism was good, the work was good, they picked up after themselves, it was not an F. You know, I've had plumbers in before and I've had messes, but no mess with them. Very good about keeping me informed about what they were finding and what the options were. I have an old house, so you never know what you're going to get when they open a wall. They were very good. He did a very nice job, I would highly recommend them.

We had a pipe burst during the recent cold spell. We have used another plumber in the past and even though we were a regular customer they wouldn't even make an appointment to help us. So I contacted 3 other plumbers. Only 1 replied and that was Arrowhead. They came out on a Saturday afternoon and took care of our problem. Even though they had been working a hectic schedule all week they were very professional and very friendly. Our pipe was in a hard to get to area of our ceiling but they were able to repair the pipe. Needless to say Arrowhead will now be our first call should we have plumbing issues in the future. I am confident in recommending them to anyone.

I had a very slight leak in the handle of my kitchen sink faucet. It only leaked when the faucet handle was turned on. After two separate attempts in the same day by the Arrowhead Plumbing technician the problem was not solved but made much worse because the leak became continual even when the faucet was turned off. The bottom lined is that I paid a $90.00 service fee for the Arrowhead Plumbing technician to make my leak worse to the point that I have had to shut down the water source to that faucet completely. I will not use Arrowhead Plumbing again.

Our washing machine began to overflow one day and we did not know why. We called Arrowhead Plumbing after seeing the good reviews on Angie's List. Arrowhead came out the same day and looked at the situation. Tyrone and Stacey advised us on how to stop the water for the time being and left after planning to return the next day to fix the problem. Stacey came the next day and worked all day to clean out the sewer line. He had to cut out a hole in the garage wall to access the sewer pipe so he could use a powerful router to in it. He had to go up on our roof to access the sewer vent pipe and check it also. Stacey worked diligently. He was professional, courteous and explained what he was doing all along the way. He cleaned up after himself, which we appreciated, as we had mopped and mopped from the overflow previously. We were very satisfied with the work and trust Arrowhead Plumbing and will call them again.

Called for dripping tub spout and they came the next day. On time. Professional attitude. Had the right parts. Claimed the pressure was too high and there would be no warrenty if we didn't replace the house water pressure regulator. So the price was about double what I expected to pay. I have to assume that it was really needed. But they did explain all of it up front, so the final bill was not a surprise, just more than I was expecting before the call.

Old house/ old fixtures: the technician ran into structural challenges that stretched a simple repair into an 8 hour marathon. He tried multiple ideas and made runs for additional supplies. In addition, Arrowhead sent a second expert to assist and make sure we were satisfied with the work. Not only patience and expertise, but also courteous interaction with Stacey throughout a trying day. The Arrowhead office called to check in during the process and again the following morning to make sure we were satisfied and again - the interaction with them was outstanding. PLUS the cleanup was amazing! Stacey managed to save my shower tile through his professional approach and we're back "in business" shower-wise. I heartily recommend this company on every level.

Arrived for appointment on time ... did the most thorough estimation of the job (taking measurements, looking at every detail, etc.) of any plumber ... identified the existing cutoff valve was not sealing properly ... gave me a price that was less than the other two I received, including the replacement of the existing leaky gate valve with a ball valve. Arrived for installation on time ... finished the job in about an hour ... tested the PRV valve for me (at the high end but OK) and left. Fast, good value, efficient, on time, and professional ... everything you want in a contractor!

Basically this went well. Derrick, the owner, is very responsive and knowledgeable and helped answer our questions. The prices offered by Arrowhead were the most competitive we received from a number of quotes. There were issues with the install up front as Arrowhead had an internal miscommunication about which level of warranty service we wanted, and the installer did not come out with all of the parts. That was remedied fairly quickly. Also, the invoice was written as stating that we had purchased the 8 year, not the 12 year, warranty. The install was on a Friday; I sent an email over the weekend; I was contacted on Monday and the installer came by on Tuesday to update the invoice. Although parts of the experience were frustrating, they did fix their issues quickly and the results are fine. They also accepted an Angie's List coupon toward the labor, which reduced the cost slightly.

From the moment I received a call from Derek at Arrowhead Plumbing, I knew we were in exceptional hands. I had a sense I was dealing with a reputable company and that I would be well taken care of. The technicians arrived on time, quickly identified the situation, communicated with us and fixed the problem. We were quite surprised by the integrity of the team and that we had no additional charges. I would highly recommend this company and would most definitely use them again, if I had any problems or plumbing needs.

I contacted Arrowhead Plumbing about a possible sewer line problem in my front yard. While they missed their first scheduled appointment with me due to a miscommunication, they called me about it promptly, apologized profusely, and made it right. They arrived at my home at around 9 in the morning, scoped out the line and found three problem areas. I liked that they showed me all three of the problem areas and explained to me what I was seeing on the screen and what the options were. In the end we decided to replace the entire sewer line to the street. During the excavation, they discovered that the washing machine drain had never been tied into the sewer during past work on the line done by another company. That added to the original estimate in a very reasonable amount. Because the county had to come mark the utilities in the yard, excavation could not start until early afternoon, at which point my father was sure the work was not going to be complete that day. However, they were completely finished with everything filled back in and straw laid down over the work area that afternoon. Arrowhead got all of the work done on the day of the first visit. I was impressed with their promptness, efficiency and professionalism and how they kept me up to date on what was going on throughout the work.
