Excellent! Leo was among the best plumbers I have ever met and that's coming from someone whose family is in the construction business.

He never showed up and when I would call him he would say his other job ran over. He would then say that he would need to check his calendar and get back with me with other dates and times but never would get back with me.

They never responded nor reached out to me. Had to get refund from Angie's List

Arrowhead Plumbing's service was fine. It was great. They did a good job. There was no problem whatsoever. He was right on time and he explained to me exactly what he was doing, what the problem was, and took care of it real quick.

Service provider was prompt, efficient and professional. Have used "Arrowhead" before, and will use again.

Plumber was prompt, courteous and professional. Site cleanup and removal of old toilet was complete. We plan on using Arrowhead again.

They came out, surmised that a gasket was loose, & fixed it on the spot.

They came out and told me I needed to order the part myself and reschedule the installation. Tried to charge $150 for installation of a hose. We negociated down to $75.00 in addition to the $50 credit included in the Agies List coupon.

Fine, they did a good job. I think $200 to swap out a faucet is plenty, though.

The plumber came to my house, looked at the leaking bathroom faucet and told me that it is too difficult/time consuming to replace the tiny pipe that goes to the stopper and instead of that he recommends I just buy two new Delta faucets (the other one was fine, but since I have double sink in that bathroom, I should buy two new faucets to match). Also he said that he will charge me 175$ to install one, so 350$ for both. Overall, my cost for that problem would be over 500$! Then I asked him to check if my downspout is clogged and clean it, since I already paid his visit fee (call), but he said that it is best if I do it by myself, using the water hose. I would like to get a refund for the service call 39$. Thank you!

Not well! When Derek first arrived, he immediately told me that I needed a new faucet, there was no way to fix it. When I told him that I had googled the problem and watched a zillion utubes on replacing the washer on a dripping faucet, he still insisted "they don't make those kind of faucets anymore, plumbers don't even carry washers with them anymore, I would have to go and get one". "The new faucets don't use washers." (BTW, a Delta faucet installed six years ago). As I told him that was all I wanted, he then said he could do it for $119 ($39 for service call, $75 for washer which netted him an additional $25). I was sort of worn out by that point, and told him I'd give him the extra $25 for the washer! BUT THE FUNNY PART, HE WENT RIGHT OUT TO HIS TRUCK, GOT THE WASHER, CAME BACK IN AND TOOK HIM FOUR MINUTES TO PUT IT IN!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO "I DONT EVEN HAVE ANY WASHERS"??? Seriously, was it because I'm a woman or because I'm 60, but he certainly tried to take advantage of me. I'm pretty sharp about these things, but I'm absolutely sure any other little old lady would have bought that story hook, line and sinker and had him install a new faucet at God knows what price. Very, very disappointing for an Angie's List service company.

Good. They isolated the problem to our sprinkler system

When we went over and as we were looking at the property and getting some more work done, we did just a quick look at the installation and it was very good. We would reuse them again. They had to work around the schedule of the renter at that time and they were very open to being adjusted to schedule.

The man found the problem, repaired it and was very knowledgeable. Gave me an estimate on other needed repairs on the new home.

Very well. The guys came and diagnosed the issue and did what they felt would address the concern. Derrick Jacque(sp.). They were very profession and even gave me some feedback on my water heater.

It went great! The technician was very nice and explained everything. I think his name was Mike and I apologize for forgetting! Berta was also very nice. I would call these folks again.

I brought a replacement gas range but the existing gas line was high up and kept the new range from being flush to the wall. Arrowhead came in and moved the gas valve lower down to where the range had open space for it to fit into. Looks a whole lot better and the price was fair. They re-lit my water heater before they left which was much appreciated (that thing is a little finicky).

Arrowhead plumbing responded within 1 hour of my call. I bought a $39 for a $50 credit. Very quick response and professional. The price was a little more than I thought, but for a gas line replacement, you want to make sure it is done correctly.

Purchased $100 worth of plumbing for $39. Was planning on upgrading faucets in all bathroom but after being charged an extra $141 for one faucet ( which I supplied ) I will definitely go with someone else.

Looking forward to the remainder of the work to be completed... Toilets and tools ordered for the multiple install/replacement. I feel comfortable and positive about this service provider.

After speaking with the owner the owner came out to inspect himself and we spent 2 hours discussing every question and detail I had to my comfort level. He was very patient and understanding and did not rush through any of it. I feel personally hes went from a service provider to now a friend!

It was ok I guess. They are too high I think they overcharged.
