I had trouble scheduling the appointment initially, however, he did show up on time. There was a big mess that was left outside where the work was to take place but didn't because he stated it wasn't a plumbing issue, but a foundation problem. The dirt was just left and not leveled out. I would not use them again.

I didn't realize what I was purchasing or how it worked. Replacing the one valve was the full charge amount. This only took five minutes. I was disappointed because I had a list of what I needed done. I will ask more questions before I purchase in the future. Once I found what the service person could do with what I purchased, I called the company to discuss and the owner called back. We discussed maybe he needed to give a little more information with his advertisement.

I discovered a major plumbing leak in my garage on a Friday afternoon around 4:00. After looking on Angi?s List I decided to call Arrowhead Plumbing. Derrick called me back within 20 minutes and drove across town in Atlanta traffic to help me. Derrick and Corey discovered there was a leak on the city?s side of the water meter. I called the city and was given a hard time by the supervisor who insisted it was my problem to fix. Derrick then called them and within an hour I had a city water crew at my house to repair the issue. Arrowhead Plumbing was clearly a great help to me and they now have a customer for life! I will also be recommending them to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

It went very well. Punctual, took the time to explain several options and allowed me to choose which would work best. Based on their guidance and expertise I was able to save a good deal of money. I was very pleased with their level of professionalism and responsiveness. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor for an emergency repair.

Very smoothly. I already knew I had a problem with the basement toilet; it wouldn't flush. Tuneup was done on that toilet and I was told sump pump needed to be replaced, which I had halfway expected. Technician was available to do the job right then at a cost of $825. He also did the inspection as agreed on the rest of the house and found no other real problems. He was polite, professional and willing to explain things and answer questions, which I always appreciate.

They were here for about an hour. They were VERY professional, Extremely responsive and timely - did excellent work - no complaints at all. They are expensive compared to other plumbing jobs I've had, which limited the amount of work I had them do, but I was grateful for the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

Arrowhead Plumbing did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Leo, the plumber who serviced my plumbing, called ahead of time to let me know that he was on the way and to confirm what I wanted. He arrived promptly and worked quickly and quietly. He reviewed all plumping items (checked all sinks, tubs, showers and water heater) and discussed his specific recommendations with me. He replaced a problem garbage disposal, one toilet seat, as well as the internal organs of both toilets. I asked that he discuss all prices with me before any work was done and I'm happy to say that he did respect my wishes in this matter. He did an exceptional job and I felt that he was totally honest with me and he showed me how to maintain the health of my plumbing systems.

The service was great. The technician was very kind, great to work with and called to let me know he was running a little late as he got stuck in traffic. I would recommend them.

They put the water heater in and never dealt with me before. I told them not to try to collect them and mind for the tenant. They will run to go out there and go on the line for means in a phone call and install a water heater and not to pay. So, I dealt with them with the master card over the phone. In other words, they could have the pool water heater back out if I got them paying for, so, they went out of their way. I think the chip in the water is okay.

It was very good. He also checked the water pressure. They showed up on time and they got the job done in about one hour.

Derrick arrived earlier than the original scheduled appointment. Was prompt and extremely helpful is showing and teaching me how to fix other issues is they were to come up. I would highly recommend If you call the company to have Derrick as your tech. Only other issue was the price $135.00 for unclogging a toilet which took 6 seconds.

Arrowhead did a wonderful job. They called and originally wanted to come earlier than the appointment time, but since I couldn't accommodate the new time, they had no problem sticking to the original appt. Two guys, Leo and Cory, took about two hours to replace four faucets, and I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. They explained what they were doing as they went, and were very friendly. The work didn't come cheap, but I feel confident in knowing it was done right. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Visit went well, I just purchased the home and was having issues with 2 of the toilets not working optimally. I signed up with Angie's List so also had a home inspection where the Arrowhead worker was able to uncover that my home's pressure control valve (PRV) was not keeping the water pressure down within the recommended target range which I would not have known otherwise. He was very patient as I weighed the costs and explained what the valve did and what could happen in the house if the water pressure was not kept within the safe range. Due to the risk of flooding - my water cut-offs are not twist knobs, but instead are the type you "PULL TO STOP"- I proceeded with the recommended pressure control valve (PRV) replacement. Overall, everything has been working much better and I would contact them should anything occur or if I have any further questions.

Overall good experience . . . Master plumber was punctual and very cordial . . . performed an inspection of 2 toilets, making necessary adjustments, replacing flappers in both . . . gave me advice of not using the "drop in tablets" in tanks. When inspection was completed, I requested an estimate for Arrowhead Plumbing replacing my water heater; an estimate was presented to me with very little pressure to make that decision at that time, but I shall definitely consider calling Arrowhead when I'm ready to have new heater installed.

It's fine. Everything seems to be working now. The technician was very efficient.

we had purchased a new dishwasher and the installers discovered that the old unit had been draining directly into the basement for the last 20 years. They ran the drain hose into our sink so we could use the dishwasher but obiviously, we needed to correct the drainage problem. Angie's List had a big deal for plumbing services and we bought it. Arrowhead scheduled the service and the plumber (I forogt his name) came out as scheduled, determined what was needed. He didn't have the part and had to drive to the store and get it. He connected the drain hose properly, checked for leaks and showed me how the drain hose should be positioned for proper operation. He said the dishwasher installer should have placed the hose properly which they did not. He also checked the bathroom sink stopper operation for me. He didin't have the right size part and the sink had been installed with the wrong size part. And he checked our natural gas line to the outside grill. He could not reposition the line as code now requires a different piping than copper. All in all, a very positive experience. the Big Deals are worth it..... another top rated Angie's list plumber gave me a verbal quote for over $250 for a job that Arrowhead did for under $100.

The big deal was not in my state and the woman I spoke with was very sweet in clarifying the issue.

I bought a new garbage disposal that needed hookup to the plumbing because the new one was not the same size as the original. I called Arrowhead. They came out the next day, arrived as scheduled - calling me 1 hr. before their arrival - and Derek, their technician, performed the work quickly and efficiently. Derek was very professional as was the office personnel. I'll definitely use Arrowhead again.

We noticed water leaking from the ceiling in an upstairs bathroom and found out the it was coming from the hot water heater in the attic. After shutting off the gas and water, siphoning out the overflow pan and draining the tank, we called Arrowhead. This was a Friday evening. Derrick came out Saturday morning to assess the situation and give us a fair price for his services and promised to be back Monday to replace the old tank. This would require removing our attic stairs so that they could get the old and new tanks through the opening. By Monday afternoon the work was complete and the attic stairs were back in place and in need of only minimal touchup work to match the rest of the ceiling. Very professional and attentive service!

Installation was quick at clean. I had already purchased all the parts, I just needed the sink installed. Arrowhead's price was easily $100 less than the next lowest estimate.

I just did above. Didn't think that adding another hose bib would be so expensive.....couldn't afford it. Water line had to be run much farther than I thought it would with additional expenses of over $200.00 (or possibly more??. Owner very nice, said he would assist to get my original $79.00 for the deal returned.

After reading Angie's List reviews, I bought the Big Deal offered by Arrowhead. Scheduling was easy and Leo arrived on time to install the kitchen faucet. He finished in just under an hour. Very pleased. Thank you.

It went very well. They were the best on price, quality of service, professionalism, responsiveness, and any other factor worth consideration. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

It cost quite a bit more than I had planned, but he did find a problem while installing the fixture. Found another more expensive problem we have to put off for a while.
