WENT AS IT SHOULD...INSTALL WENT GREAT AND NEW FAUCET LOOKS GREAT

Expecting very cold weather while we were away on vacation, I decided to flush our home water pipes & turn off our 3 year old water heater. After returning very late Friday night, I was unable to relight the water heater. After searching on Angie's List, I called Arrowhead early Sat morning to see if I could get someone to come out. The gentleman that answered the phone tried to talk me through the process. He was VERY VERY patient and instructive, but I was still not able to get it lit. He was all booked up Saturday, so unable to help any further. However, with the tips he gave me, I tried again a bit later and was successful. I usually never write reviews, but felt compelled in this case. The fellow I spoke with went way out of his way to help me, saving me a sizable expense for a trivial fix.

Mr. Dereck Kay arrived on time, quickly determined what needed to be done. He went beyond what was required to assure that the dishwasher valve was replaced properly because, the electric wire was too short for him to pull the dishwasher out..

He was courteous, but the extra charge was more than I wanted to pay. Not sure if I would use in the future.

i wish i had known this (that the heater was too old to flush) when i bought the coupon.

They fixed it. We were worried that they were going to have to take some tile off in the shower. He said the valves had messed up. He was able to go out and get the part for the valves. He was able to fix it right there without having to do too much. It has been working fine. They got in touch with us and came like a day or two later. I think the price was $300 and we saved $80 by purchasing. I didn't do the actual. My husband did that online and we saved $80. I think it was how it ended up. We would probably use them again when we need to do plumbing. We liked it that we saved the money. They were very professional. They told us what they were going to do and they called me back when they were on their way back. I thought that was good. They didn't leave me hanging.

Derrick is an EXCEPTIONAL master plumber. He is very knowledgeable and candid about the work that needs to be performed. He gave much needed advice on her to care and tips on how perform preventive maintenance. His plumber Jose was also very good at his job. He made sure everything was right and that I liked the work that was performed. I would only call them again if I needed any type of plumbing needed.

The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. I was disappointed that he was unable to date the water heater, since my main motivation for booking the appointment was to find out whether it needed to be replaced. After, they sent me a quote for some work -- seemed a little pricey, but I haven't compared other quotes.

The plumber was late arriving for the appointment window, but he did call twice to keep us informed that he was running behind. I definitely appreciated that. I was happy with the quality of the work that was done. The plumber was professional about the quality of the work. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered us a Sunday appointment. Overall, I would recommend the company.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He had to leave to buy parts after installing the toilet but returned on time to continue with the shower repair. He cleaned up and tool away the old toilet. We were very satisfied with his work and manners. The price was fine and the Angie's list discount we had signed up for was helpful.

I think I could have done the work myself. I was able to get some estimates from him for other work. He covered his shoes when he came in the house, and documented everything.

I didn't have any problems. They were prompt and on time. They did an excellent work. They explained everything they did. It hasn't gone bad. They did a good work.

We called at 8:30. They committed to come between 3 and 5 pm. We then received a call asking if they could come within an hour and we agreed. Derek arrived around 11:00. He was very courteous and friendly and went right to work. Within 45 minutes he was done. Everything is working fine. A good experience.

We had bought a coupon for 120 dollars which was for 200 dollars of service. We set up an appointment. The day of the appointment the plumber called ahead to let us know his a precise time of arrival. We were having 2 leaky toilets repaired, the plumber inspected both toilets and explained why the toilets were leaking. Gave a couple of recommendations and the prices associated with the recommendations, which were within the price of the coupon. And preceded to fix the toilets. The whole transaction took about an hour. We would definitely use Arrowhead plumbing again.

Excellent service and communication before, during and after the work. Completed the work I requested and gave advise on several things that he noticed. Not in a pushy way, in a heads up and watch for this way. Highly recommended!

We had to constantly call the provider; although, they were suppose to call within day or two, they never did. I called the office and the attitude was lax as well as the customer service. I called a couple times and lady in office said they will call back to setup appointment, but didn't. *** I'm still waiting for my receipt for the service rendered, lucky I paid by check. The tech came out at night to fix the toilet after calling the office back again.

The service call went well?.plumber was on time and went right to work. fortunately he had needed parts in his truck for faucet replacement - which only took about ten minutes. The only downside is I thought the price was a lot for a simple faucet replacement - $150 especially since part of the Angies list deal included a $50 credit toward repairs. then again I have not used a plumber for years

Dereck called to let me know when he would arrive. He gave me his card and introduced himself right away. He was dressed nice and neat in his company's shirt. He also put on shoe covers, so he wouldn't get my floors dirty. He was very nice and professional, explained clearly my choices, and was patient with my questions. He completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use Arrowhead Plumbing again, if I have any plumbing needs.

I had a secondary water line under my kitchen sink to a hot water dispenser that had a leak. I was able to turn off the water feed so it would not constantly drip. The technician came out and identified the problem and said I needed a new line. He also identified I had high water pressure and needed a new PWV. I thought the price estimates were high and decided not to go forward with the fix. Went with another master plumber more reasonably priced who replaced the water line and very happy with outcome. I adjusted the PWV pressure. I will replace in the future if needed, as it is 20 years old. I will say I received a call from Arrowhead Plumbing to discuss my dissatisfaction. I still would not use the company in the future, but they deserve credit for the follow up as it's so rare that customer care is not a priority these days.

They came on time, and they got one of my toilets working better. They knew what they were doing and clean, but they are not first choice. Some of the things they said were canned.

Answers seemed canned and did not notice new parts

Fantastic! I noticed a gurgling sound in one of the bathrooms when I drained the tub and knew something was very wrong with the drainage. When I called Arrowhead, the receptionist scheduled an appointment very quickly. Leo and Jose called while en route to our house and actually showed up a little early and waited for us! They were both very friendly, listened to us carefully, accessed our crawlspaces, checked pressure on water line, and then began evaluating the problem by running water, flushing toilets etc. Leo explained in detail what they were doing every step of the way, why such steps were necessary, and got our approval for the associated costs prior to performing the work. When they discovered a blockage and break in our sewer due to tree roots, they showed us the problem on screen using a scope! They cleared the blockage enough so that we could still use toilets and shower, advised us not to use the bathtub until they returned to make the necessary repair, and rearranged their schedule so that they could return the very next morning. Incredibly, Jose once again showed up early the next morning and got straight to work! The job was labor intensive because Jose hand-escavated our sewer in order to minimize damage to surrounding landscape and gas line. He seemed to know exactly where to dig, worked very hard to locate and uncover the problem, and very efficiently fixed the problem, again, showing us and explaining every step of the way. All said and done, I can barely tell that the area was disturbed! Leo gave us advice about future care of our sewer line and other plumbing in our house, what kind of toilet paper to use and why, etc. Given the amount of time and attention we received from Leo and Jose, the intense labor involved, and the quick resolution to the problem, I am absolutely thrilled with Arrowhead plumbing and highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service!

They did a really good job. They were very quick and punctual. They repaired it very neatly.

The serviceman was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable.

I had trouble scheduling the appointment initially, however, he did show up on time. There was a big mess that was left outside where the work was to take place but didn't because he stated it wasn't a plumbing issue, but a foundation problem. The dirt was just left and not leveled out. I would not use them again.
