They were very nice. They day it was supposed to come it was raining badly. They couldn't do what the order was because it was an old pipe. There was a chance that if he tried to take the faucet off, it was going to break the pipe inside the wall. They did do something else for us. The part of what they did when they came out was that they will have your plumbing system if you have any issues or anything like that. It's an old house built in the 60's. He did fix the problem we had that as leaking. He put a new washer in there and it works just fine. He accomplished his purpose. As part of the free inspection, he actually snaked a pipe that was attached to our washing machine and fixed the problem that we're having for quite a time with the water filling back out of the pipe. He obviously knew what he's talking about. We got him to go ahead and do something else with the washing machine too. It was all a very fair price. He's very knowledgeable and very nice. The lady at the office that scheduled, everybody that we talked to couldn't have been nicer and we'll probably use them again anyway. He was on time. He snaked it twice. We definitely got our money's worth. He fixed the problem down there so that the washing machine doesn't flow back out. It was going to cost way more than that. Some other plumber had been out here once before that we had a service contract with for example, they were saying, our service call alone was not going to be applied to what they did and it was probably going to be in the range of $300. Arrowhead doesn't charge service call fees. We're very pleased with the little money we did spend compared with the people who will charge us just to look at it. The washing machine works just fine now. The water doesn't spill back out in the pipe. Whatever he did, he fixed it. The lady at the office, Nancy, that does the scheduling was super nice. I will absolutely use them again.

We are trying to address a drainage problem in our yard. We had already determined that our water main was not the problem so I searched for someone who could address the yard drainage. This coupon was shown on Angie's list with a picture of a landscape and the words, "Is your yard a bit 'blah' these days? Let the experts come to your home and help design or fix your drainage system!" My assumption was that they were a plumbing company that also worked on landscape drainage. It turned out that they do not do landscape drainage and could not address our problem. I asked for a refund on the deal and received it fairly promptly. Both Arrowhead Plumbing and I thought that the deal promotion picture and words were misleading and I reported this to Angie's list at the time I asked for the refund. I gave Arrowhead an "A" because they apparently have no control over the pictures and promotional words used for "The Big Deal". I give Angie's List a "C" this time for a misleading promotion.

This purchase was a waste of my time and the provider. The repairman did a visual assessment of the sinks which were draining slowly and gave me a quote of approximately $165.00 per sink. I felt all 4 sinks would need to be snaked to resolve the problem with the slow drain. The fee would have been approximately $660.00.

Service was provided as requested.

I asked them to come on a specific day. I later changed it to afternoon on the same day but they still came in he morning. The technician "flushed" the tank using a small container and left leaving the water turned off at the heater inlet. A few days later we had leaks at the drain valve and at the pressure relief valve. We later flushed the tank using a hose and changed the valves. Flushing with the hose showed a fair amount f sediment in the bottom of the tank. Basically we did not get the service we paid for and we had the inconvenience of having our hot water shut off until we could contact the company again. .

The repairman did an excellent job of replacing the pump inside the toilet tank. Also, he removed some pipes behind the sink and unclogged the drain.

We were very pleased with Arrowhead's (Derrick's) work. He arrived when promised and completed the work with in the time frame that he had estimated. By using Angie's deal, we have now found a reliable, professional plumber for out future needs. Thank you Arrowhead and thank you Angie

Great! I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism!

Provider felt we had a blockage in our line, so he called in the jet truck to jet the line. When that didn't work, he scoped the line and told us we had 3 breaks in our line and no clean out. He offered to replace the line and install a clean out for $3500. This was in ADDITION to the $884 we paid for the service call and diagnostics. We received nothing in writing from the tech. That 'estimate' of $3500 was based on the tech's assumption that the repair could be done without disturbing our cement driveway. We called another provider for a second quote. That provider scoped the line and advised that we had a separation of 3 connections in our line. He indicated that one separation was 2 feet inside our drive, so the cement will be taken up. He identified the EXISTING clean out (which had been marked with paint by the Arrowhead tech). His written repair quote was $2800 - with no charges incurred for the scope or coming to provide an assessment of the situation. He showed us the separations in our line and explained exactly what had happened and how he planned to repair the connections and make sure they were stable and secure. While the Arrowhead tech seemed professional and confident and his 'fix' would have very likely resolved our issue, it would have been at an unreasonable cost. Without a second opinion we would not have known how much we were being misled about the exact nature of the problem, the needed repair and the ultimate cost of the job.

They were fine.They did exactly what was promised.

The plumber arrived on time. Analyzed the problem, and walked me through the steps on how he was going to fix the problem. I was very pleased with the professionalism displayed by the plumber.

I called their Atlanta office around 10:30 today since I need a plumber for a clogged toilet drain line. I tried several different ways to understand their pricing in order to compare it to other plumbing companies I've talked to. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and had a negative attitude and a tone of being annoyed with me for asking questions about their pricing. She kept saying "Well we can't know what's going on since we haven't been to your house." As IF I DON"T KNOW THIS!!! This employee is a definite deterrent to getting new business for Arrowhead.

I was satisfied. They were on time and they did the work at a reasonable price.

He was very efficient, nice, he made a way to come on a Saturday, and he was the master plumber.

I was the first scheduled visit from the tech. Got a phone call at 7:45 letting me know he was on route. Arrived at 8:00. Diagnosed the plumbing leak (the reason I had called) and took time to do a bit more diagnostic work and found the house water pressure to be too high (100 psi). Since I had the pressure valve regulator recently replaced, I thought he was just upselling me. However, he showed me the reading from the outside bib and we discovered the overflow tank valve had failed and needed replacing. He called in the owner and the two knocked out the jobs quickly, without mess, and were out by 9:30.

I had slow drainage in sinks and made the appointment for this morning. He looked at the sink visually and said that he would have to snake every drain at 190.00 each, I had 3-4 sinks that needed service. Then when I asked about the snaking process, how that its basically just the removal of the debris and how much would that cost and he said 65.00 each. Had he started with that price I probably would have gone with that, but since he tried the 190.00 first I was done with them.

It turned out fine. They came and checked the leak and said they don't have the part and they will come back and than they came and fixed it. We had to pay more then the big deal price as some work was needed to be done extra.

Received estimate for work. The actual need was less than what was estimated, so was happy they did not replace parts that was not needed.

Very professional. Quick appointment. Service performed quickly. Purchased Angie's deal of $39.00 for $100 worth of services expecting it would cover a leaky toilet. I recall it did cover the labor but the rebuild part was very expensive. This company has flat rates for work to be done. I don't like that method of pricing. Much prefer hourly rate.

He was ahead of the scheduled time and called to get permission to come early. He was professional and appeared knowledgeable. I like the fact that he did not pressure me or try to convince me to use his services. He was cordial and polite. Very pleasant!

It went great. They were very courteous and very knowledgeable.

They did what they were supposed to do in the time they were supposed to do it in. Some of the process was a little bit higher than I would have expected, but they did good quality work. I dealt with them over the phone because they did work for a rental house for me and that is about an hour away from me, but my tenant says that everything they did was fine. As far as I know, they did a great job. Everything they did was over the phone and they were prompt with their return calls. My tenant told me that they were there on time. I will use them again.

Arrowhead Plumbing was very responsive and accommodating on scheduling. In fact, the plumber arrived at our home with two adults in the house and somehow we did not hear him at our door - so he left. When I called the dispatch a few minutes after his arrival time was scheduled but he was not present - they informed me that he had been at our door. With no fuss whatsoever they graciously rescheduled him for just a few hours later. Very professional. The plumber that was dispatched was a seasoned professional who worked very efficiently (read fast). He deduced that the valve on the water supply was defective and needed replacement. The price of $165 seemed a bit high given the cost of the replacement valve and the amount of time that him took to complete the repair - but in all candor - I think he was just very efficient. It would have taken me 2X as long at least and plenty of concern about getting it right. So it was probably not that unreasonable, when you take into consideration his skill level and the part cost. I was also grateful that he was neat and offered some other very good advice on addressing another small easy DIY repair.

I feel that they should be clearer regarding what areas they service.

Showed up on time and job was done within an hour.
