They sent same person as last time. Very detailed, prompt and flexible. I will continue to use these folks even beyond angie list deals.

Derrick arrived on time. He was very polite, positive and professional. He reviewed the problems with me beforehand so I would have an idea of what might be necessary ahead of time. He completed the work, fixing everything requested. The job was done well.

I felt like the "DEAL" was NOT such a great deal, paying $40 up front for a hundred dollar towards plumbing services only to find out after the plumber arrived there would be an additional cost of $375.00 to install new previously purchased tub fixture. Will ask for quotes before buying any more Angie's Deals... As far as the job went, what can I say? The new fixtures works great, but so does the other bathtub fixtures I had installed a few years ago, and (believe me) for a whole lot less!!!! Other than the cost, I am happy with the job...

The process went well, the provider was punctual and thorough. He was eager to ensure that I was pleased with the work.

Derek from Arrowhead came for the plumbing inspection. He replaced our 15 yr old garbage disposal.

The provider came to look at the toilet but the estimate that he quoted was too high so I did not use him.

He did a good job tightening up the bolts and then put caulk around the bottom of the toilet.

Arrowhead was very easy to deal with. They were prompt to follow up and schedule the appointment, called to let me know when they were on their way, and professional and friendly on site. I would recommend them and definitely use them again in the future.

He fixed the problem and was very courteous and answered all of my questions. The only issue I have is that I was supposed to receive a copy of the bill through e-mail and never received it.

Need a garbage disposal replaced. Had bought one. However, when it Arrow tech showed up to install it; the one I'd purchased was not a direct replacement. To install it would have required some electrical work and the disposal was larger that the original. The technical and I discussed, and to do the work with the disposal I purchased would have been much more that a similar replacement. I was able to get a refund on the one I'd bought, got a similar one to the defective one and saved about $100 in the deal. Work done was good and the tech very professional. I'm a happy customer.

I expected the "deal" to cover more of the cost. It is very disappointing to get these Angie's deals, and immediately be faced with overcharges. This is not the first time this has occurred and makes me question the value of the deal.

I bought a $49 big deal for this service and I was very disappointed with that. The day before they were scheduled to come my water heater burst so I knew there was no way to have them actually flush it because it was broken. When I called them and told them that, they said they were going to come out anyway. I was under the assumption that I would just get $49 worth of plumbing services at some point, but when they got here they said they were not going to apply the money towards anything else so it was a waste of time altogether.

.I did not use due to overpriced for what was asking to have completed.

They dug up in front of the water meter to uncover the water pipe to the house. They turned the water back on at the meter. The pipe had a valve outside the meter box. It immediately began leaking. Leo explained what they would do to fix it. He gave me a verbal estimate. I agreed and they began work. They cut off the broken pipe and valve. Then replaced the pipe and added a "slip fix compression" fitting. Leo told me the valve was not needed. I was very happy with the work and even more with the fast response. I will call them in future for any professional plumbing jobs I may have. I added Arrowhead Plumbing to my list of contract service providers I can trust.

The price was a bit high for the area and what needed to be done, as well as the time it would take to do it. But they professional and knowledgeable.

Flushing a water heater is so simple. Now I know how to do it myself. He was professional and quick.

It went very well, pleased with everything they did. I was contacted promptly and an appointment schedule within a few days to do the work. Once here, the faucet was actually a non standard size but the plumber was able to make the repairs and complete the job in the same visit. Great work, great service.

Rich was very nice, sympathetic to my issue, punctual, professional and thorough. He examined my electrical outlets, breaker box etc. and discovered that I had a low voltage to my house. He contacted my electric service provider, and they came and fixed the issue. He was very transparent in his conduct and his offers, and he allowed me to use an additional discount as an Angie's List member for my services. John came on Saturday morning to check my plumbing. Again as above he was very thorough, punctual, professional and very kind. When John assessed where the leak was coming from he discovered that it wasn't from the wall as I'd imagine, but it was from my refrigerator. He explained the issue to me, and did not charge me for the service visit as I would still need to call an appliance repair person. I was very appreciative of how fair he was and even though I was still concerned about the leak, I was grateful not to have to pay twice. I would strongly recommend this company for their fairness and competency.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He checked the inside pipes. Everything was fine. Only the outside faucet was leaking. He replaced the old faucet with a new faucet. He did a final check for leaks, and found none. He finished with a pressure check on the faucet. The pressure was within specs. I would be very pleased to have this company, and this technician in particular, do future repairs or installation for me.

The service call was prompt and the plumbers were very nice, very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased and would use them again!

The provider changed out a toilet and also changed out the components of another toilet. The result was thousands of dollars of water damage that resulted from a leak that happened immediately after their services were performed. They took no responsibility and did nothing to repair the damage. I took them to court but my attorney was terrible and she rested our case before calling the company to the stand. I decided not to appeal and go through the hassle of hiring better counsel.

They were very nice. They day it was supposed to come it was raining badly. They couldn't do what the order was because it was an old pipe. There was a chance that if he tried to take the faucet off, it was going to break the pipe inside the wall. They did do something else for us. The part of what they did when they came out was that they will have your plumbing system if you have any issues or anything like that. It's an old house built in the 60's. He did fix the problem we had that as leaking. He put a new washer in there and it works just fine. He accomplished his purpose. As part of the free inspection, he actually snaked a pipe that was attached to our washing machine and fixed the problem that we're having for quite a time with the water filling back out of the pipe. He obviously knew what he's talking about. We got him to go ahead and do something else with the washing machine too. It was all a very fair price. He's very knowledgeable and very nice. The lady at the office that scheduled, everybody that we talked to couldn't have been nicer and we'll probably use them again anyway. He was on time. He snaked it twice. We definitely got our money's worth. He fixed the problem down there so that the washing machine doesn't flow back out. It was going to cost way more than that. Some other plumber had been out here once before that we had a service contract with for example, they were saying, our service call alone was not going to be applied to what they did and it was probably going to be in the range of $300. Arrowhead doesn't charge service call fees. We're very pleased with the little money we did spend compared with the people who will charge us just to look at it. The washing machine works just fine now. The water doesn't spill back out in the pipe. Whatever he did, he fixed it. The lady at the office, Nancy, that does the scheduling was super nice. I will absolutely use them again.
