Derek showed up between the hours they said he would. He called first. Very nice and clean cut man. I purchased a kit at home Depot for the toilet. I paid $135 because it would have been $165 if I didn't have the kit I bought from Home Depot. Derek was very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. Very personable. Thank you Derek. I would ask for him again.

Derrick called and asked if he could come EARLY which was a nice surprise. He replaced the faucet and had me check it. He also checked out the faucets and drains in the house and check pipes under the house. He was very polite and courteous. I am very pleased with Derrick's work and work ethic. He is a great representative for Arrowhead Plumbing.

It went okay. It was good. The deal was kind of misleading. I think he was on time. I probably would use them again if I have a discussion with them upfront just to know a little bit more about their pricing. They're really high.

I did not need a new one so the price paid was a little much but that was not the fault of the company.

The person repaired the leak by installing some new flexible pipe. It seems to be working well.

They arrived on-time, performed the job quickly and efficiently, and as agreed. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Leo from Arrowhead Plumbing is wonderful! Not only is he a skilled plumber, he is without doubt one of the nicest, most professional men we have ever worked with! He arrived right on time, looked over our faucet and determined he could repair it from outside the house saving us the mess and expense of having to go through the walls. Just a great overall experience. We will definitely use him again should the need arise in the future.

The company responded quickly once I purchased the deal. I purchased a deal for $39.00 off plumbing service. When the plumber arrived at my house, I showed him the problem with the first toilet and he supposedly fixed the problem. When I showed him the second toilet and explained the problem (it was leaking), he told me because of the age of the toilet, he was not allowed by law to repair it. He tried to sell me a toilet replacement. Since this was a guest toilet and seldom used, I did not want to spend that money and just shut the water off. A few days later, I walked into the bathroom where the repaired toilet was located and the floor was covered in water. I called Arrowhead and spoke to Ms. Bell and she looked up the repair reported by the original plumber and he reported that he replaced a part that I know he didn't. She promptly sent another plumber to my house and he repaired the toilet and I have had no additional problems. While the second plumber was here, I asked him about repairing the older toilet which he did and I have not had any leakage since then. If I were just rating Ms Bell and the second plumber, I would give them both an A, but the first plumber failed miserably.

It worked out great. He was very helpful to me.

Due to schedule delays Mike arrived late in the day but he worked straight through to finish up and the finished product is EXACTLY what I had asked for. Even the clean up and everything was great and I am pleased that I can now water my landscaping without a hose. Thanks guys. Very well done and Mike was very personable to deal with. When I'm ready for the next phase of my irrigation, I'll give you a call.

They came in and did the job. We were satisfied. They were wonderful and they were on time. They gave us a little extra information that we didn't know and they went on their way. They were a good one to use. It was reasonable. They came right away when we called. Their professionalism is very good.

I could tell by talking to the plumber that he new what he was doing...I am very pleased with his work and just bought a 120 dollar coupon with the same company for some more work

purchased outdoor faucet replacement however arrow rep said faucet could not be removed for purchase price, it would require drilling holes from inside my kitchen thru the wall into the back of the house and at a greater expense. I declined and was still charged 89.00 for his 5 minute visit.

I bought a deal for a 'free' plumbing evaluation from this company. I had a simple issue that needed to be fixed - a faucet was leaking. The guy came out, looked at it, and told me that I would need to replace the whole faucet and he would install it once I bought a new one. Needless to say, this would be expensive. I called another plumber, who bought a $20 replacement part and fixed the faucet.

My primary purpose on buying the so called $99 Angie's list deal was to get an estimate for repairing two out of three of my outdoor faucets. The plumber wouldn't even look at the outdoor faucets on this "Comprehensive plumbing inspection" and refused to provide an estimate for repairing them . . .told me to do it myself.

Great. I really liked Jose, he did a good job, very professional. Did not attempt any upsells like some providers. Seemed trustworthy. I intend to use Arrowhead plumbing for my future plumbing needs due to my experience with Jose!

Problrm had to do with valve in on/off. Cannot replace valve, would have to replace whole assembly. Decided not to. Serviceman cleaned drain pipe as part of service, which was very helpful.

It was nothing major. It was okay. He wasn't really wearing uniform, I had to make sure I stuck my head out there to see the truck. I would rather someone had something on.

The work they did was fine, they did a good job, and I would use them again in the future.

Punctual, friendly and fast service. Not sure how pricing compares as it was my first time using a plumber, but the coupon seemed well worth it.

When I called into Arrowhead concerning the coupon of pay $120 for $200 worth of services, I explained to the lady on the phone that I had two new vessel sinks and two faucets that needed to be reconnected. She told me to get the $120 deal worth $200 and that should cover it. Well, once the person got here, I was then told that they usually charge $300 per sink/faucet connection for this type of work which would have been $600. I spoke to the owner and she basically said to me that is the price, take it or leave it. I told her that they should be clear with costumers, explaining that the $200 is towards the work, but will probably cost more than the $200 will cover. Because I had waited so long for a plumber, I went a head and had the work done, but the technician had to make serveral trips to Home Depot for parts which I had to pay for and he had to come back a second day because he had to get a part from a supplier. With the $200 towards the labor, I ended up paying $411 for two sink and faucet connection which initially on the phone the lady said that the $200 should cover it. I felt that the lady on the phone was misleading and she be more upfront with costumers. The work so far is good, there are no leaks, but the work was just completed on yesterday so we will see. There is a two year warranty on workmanship.

The technician performed the serviced promptly and had all the parts and tools that he needed right on his truck. I to have to call for a refund on my original package because they could not apply it to the pipe replacement. Kind of a pain, but, at least I'll get my money back. Over all, I was very happy.

The provider was prompt and professional. He came prepared to fix the problem. He was knowledgeable and competent. I would definitely use them again.
