Don't remember the young man's name but he was prompt on timing, very polite. He explained everything he did in a very professional manner. Did the job and did great. Thanked me for using the company. Very pleasant experience.

Quoted $525 to put glue on my broken pipe - a 45 minute job. Sought a second opinion, and the second plumber replaced the entire pipe for $150! Wouldn't use this provider again!

Arrowhead Plumbing wished to charge a large sum of money that the plumber personally stated that could be accomplished for only $10.00 at the local Home Depot or Lowes. I appreciate the honest of the plumber. I understand that companies have overhead and other expenses to cover. This does not justify ripping consumer off by overcharging for their services. Consumer beware.

Initially there was a problem in the time he was to show up for the big deal I purchased. I hadn't heard from him during the time the email said he'd be there. When I called after a couple of hours, the office apparently had my number wrong but he came out anyway that day in just an hour. Other than that, I was very pleased with Michael and the work he performed. He came out again a few days later for the big items I already knew had to be done. He was very helpful and pleasant. He cleaned up really well, including cleaning a spot on the carpet. He wanted everything to be perfect, even though he wasn't feeling well. He went out of his way to do little things for me and gave me some helpful suggestions about some items I need to purchase. I had had another plumber tell me that replacing my PVC pipes would be quite expensive and I'd have to take everything out from under the sinks. With Michael, there were only one or two items he removed and it wasn't expensive. As soon as I order some items for my outdoor faucets, I'll have him replace them. I was able to find replacements on Amazon for a lot cheaper than he could find locally. I've been pleased with the email correspondence also.

The service rep promised and guaranteed the pipe problem would never occur again and that it was permanently repaired. Since the repair date thus far they are correct.

Made an appointment on 9/15/2015 between 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The appointment was confirmed 2 tImes one day before appointment and one time on appointment day. However. Nobody show up. CaLl the company no body answer the phone. It is my investment home. I fly all the way from New York for nothing!!!!!

Provider was not able to complete service because of how the plumbing line was installed. Please refund cost of service.

Plumber arrived within designated time frame (3-5pm). I was phoned about a potential time delay and provided updates about their estimated time of arrival. Plumber arrived and got right to work performing gas line repair. He was very polite and professional. When pulling out the stove he swept up all the debris behind the stove. After installing the gas line he demonstrated the process for determining whether any gas leaks were present. He showed me the location of the gas shut off valves upstairs and downstairs. He performed a second check of our water meter (to determine if any leaks were present). He checked the water pressure (and informed me that anything less than 75 psi was okay). He also looked at a water valve in the basement and tightened up some nuts. What I really like about my interactions with the service providers in this company is the education they provide about the work they are doing. I'm a more informed homeowner due to my interactions with them.

When I placed the Angie's List order with one of their special deals to replace a hose bibb, I was promptly contacted by Arrowhead Plumbing. The date/time was confirmed via email. The day before the service I received a reminder call (really nice lady on the phone!). On the day of service, as promised, I received a 1 hour call head. On that call, I was advised that the cost could be higher if the hose bibb was not stubbed out far enough for the plumber to cut off the old one and sauter on the new one. Once he arrived, he determined that the job could be done for the prior agreed upon coupon price of $89. He was done in less than 30 minutes. I was pleased with the overall communication of Arrowhead, the speed at which the service was done, and the cost. I have additional plumbing work to get done in my house, and I will consider using them.

Angies list is very deceptive. Two sources benefit - Angie and the servicer. You will pay double, maybe even quadruple the quoted cost of service. You will not be given an adequate up front cost. It will be enough to get foot in door. Beware when other shoe (real charges) drops.

It went very well. I explained we wanted an outdoor shower for our pool that was easy to winterized. We are very pleased and the plumber was very, very careful to keep the pipes, etc. neat and straight, which was very important to me since they are all visible. Very happy!

Replaced the faucet as was scheduled. Told me up front it would be more expensive given the type of faucet. Offered to do a house inspection & found the pressure gauge issue which explained the recent issue I was having with water pressure.

Arrowhead Plumbing sent Derrick Kay to take care of our plumbing problem. By the time he was done, we felt like we had made a new friend! Derrick began the job by assessing how the problem could most inexpensively be fixed. He went to Home Depot to try to get a replacement part, only to find that the part is no longer made, requiring that he replace the drain. We were very pleased that he gave the less expensive alternative a try first. The job was completed quickly and efficiently... less than 3 hours start to finish. He even took the time to clean up after. You were left with the feeling that Derrick enjoys and takes pride in his work. We would definitely call Arrowhead Plumbing again... and request Derrick's services.

Very nice people, very professional service, very speedy and responsible. From what I've been told, though, I paid too much for it, and that is a bad feeling.

He arrived on time. Explained what we needed to do. Ended up taking about 2-3 hrs to complete the task. We expected cost to be $200 or less, thus we purchased a $200 credit for $120 on Angie's List. Unfortunately, cost was $325, so we had to pay him an additional $125.

This was a great deal. We paid $120 for $200 worth of work so our total out of pocket was $195. They called an hour prior too the appointment, as promised and were very professional when I spoke with them. The only "issue" was that I had to follow up a couple of times but it was worth the job well done and the price. When I initially reached out, the person that I spoke with was going to have a plumber call me before end of day but I went a week without hearing anything. In all honesty I was super busy and forgot to follow up sooner). When I called back I actually received the owner. He was great. I explained my problem and he talked me through what was going to happen and the possible outcomes depending upon what they found. He warned me that they would have to cut out a piece of my living room ceiling, underneath the shower, which I did expect, but it was nice to have the warning. This was pertinent to locating the exact leak. He warned me that they would need to leave the ceiling open for several days to ensure that the problem was fixed. He also let me know that they do not do the repair on the ceiling but do have a couple of people that he would recommend. I greatly appreciated all of this! The plumber who did the work didn't leave the contractor recommendations so I messaged them via Angie's list twice but, did eventually receive the necessary information. The follow-ups really were not a problem but my reason for not giving them a perfect score on responsiveness. Overall, I would say that they were an A and I will refer to them in the future for any plumbing needs! Everyone that I spoke with was friendly, respectful and honest with there answers and that made me feel confident in using them throughout the entire process. This was a great experience overall all and we are happy to be back in our Master Shower!

The gentleman who showed up was very punctual and so friendly! He did everything that the deal I bought called for and had some helpful hints for plumbing maintenance to hopefully save us some money in the future. We were very happy with our service!

It was supposed to be $800 but when they got here they surprised me with an additional $200 fee to bring the plumbing and fixtures up to code. While the man who was here was doing the work he failed to turn off the water which ended up breaking a pipe which caused flooding and damage to my kitchen -- they eventually fixed it but were very reluctant to do so.

Michael did a great job installing a garbage disposal I purchased. He checked water pressure and inspected my water heater.

The guy came late but called to let me know because another job ran longer. I was his last job for the day and he still gave it his all.
