They were very professional and service was done quickly. When I told them I had no water, the owner told me he would do his best to get someone out to my property as soon as possible on short notice. I live in the country and they were able to get to me within a few hours. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time with me to see that my well was working properly before leaving. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to use them. I have a water purification system I want to install and I will definitely be using this company again. If he feels there is something he cannot do or that his company does not do he will not hesitate to let you know. He said he doesn't want to charge any fees to the customer if it's not needed and he knows his company does not do it. I personally appreciate this attitude.

They said they would not come over to Macon to drill because they have had problems with other people not paying them and it was too far to come. They also said that it is a different type of soil and they did not know how to drill in this specific type of soil. I called them on a Saturday, and they never returned my call until a Tuesday. I was asking them questions about drilling the well and he did not take time to explain the process because he already knew he was not coming to do the job. I also asked about how they go about charging and he would not explain that to me.
