BUG HOUSE PEST CONTROL

Inspector was trained to see fungus stains and write a report of fungal infestation that was only remediated by his company's liquid treatment program. Report was given to buyer who demanded treatment as a condition of purchase. The fungal stain that was found during the inspection was a 30 year old stain that had ceased to flourish after the plumbing issue was resolved in the 80's. Bug House trains their personel to recommend treatments rather than investigate and report actual conditions. No moisture readings were performed and no fungus was evaluated for life and possible potential damage to the structure. The fungus found was, in fact, just a stain remaining from fungus that had died of moisture starvation from repairs performed 30 years earlier.

I used this company for pest control for about seven years now and have not been too disappointed in their performance. Their performance has slacked off in the past year (in actual service and customer service).

I have been using them for four or five years. They come quarterly. I give them an "A" overall.

They come, do their job and leave. We will use them again in October.

They didn't keep the appointment. They actually didn't keep two appointments and they changed the price on me 3 times. I was not happy with this companies professionalism and price. I do not recommend this company to even an enemy.
