+ -1 moreClint arrived promptly and began his inspection. My husband accompanied him through much of the inspection. Clint discussed issues he found as they went through the house. At the end, Clint explained his findings to both of us. I was impressed with the thoroughness of Clint's inspection. He even filled tubs and sinks to note leaks. The seller had an inspection by" the top home inspector" in Macon. Clint found more. Clint's report was emailed to us the next day. It included all aspects of the house with pictures, with arrows on the pictures, denoting the problem area. We were impressed!
Description of Work: Clint Sellers inspected a house we have under contract. He spent 4 hours inspecting the house. He noted in a detailed report (with pictures) the condition of the structure, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interior, exterior and so many more I can't list them all. He was very, very thorough.

He arrives on time, takes his time (over three hours to complete our inspection) and provides detailed reporting on the issues found. My wife and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Alpha Inspection performed three home inspections on three different properties for us within a two month period.
