 + -1 moreHe took care of the problem. We have used them several times here and at our rental house and we have a personal relationship with him. We like him, we trust him.and we have confidence in him. We feel like his rates are reasonable. Plumbers aren't cheap but he doesn't seem to be overcharging. I didn't have any other estimates. We did have a plumber before him that seemed to be a little bit lower but he retired. He called back the same day. He was here when he said he would be.
Description of Work: Our kitchen drain was clogged. We tried everything, liquid plumber and all that. He had to replace a part, do some further stuff that we couldn't do.

Description of Work: Did not return my call. I left a message with his answering service Friday night. Do not confuse him with Allen Brian (different spelling) who we have used before and were pleased with his service. That was the mistake we made.

 + -1 moreMy experience with Alan Bryan Plumbing Company was good. I did have to call them back before they left the area to make some repair on the work they did. They did good work overall. They had to tear off the wall board to get to the leak. They cleaned up. The quality of the work done was excellent. They did not try to get extra money out of me. Their price was not out of line with the others. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Alan Bryan Plumbing to get a leak that I had in the wall repaired about two months ago.
