They were fast, on-time and did exactly what they said needed to be done. The cost was exactly what I was told.

We had a problem with our existing cooktop just before the Holidays. We ordered a replacement ccoktop and the necessary installation services from the retailer. When the installer showed up on December 22, he said he could not install the new ccoktop because it required Corian counter top modifications. I spoke with Joe Lovell on 12/22 and he said he could come the next day and get us functioning. He met his appointment and had the counter top modified and the coktop installed within 2 hours. All very neatly and professionally done. He came back on 1/6 to complete the installation with some bracing that the new cooktop required that the old one did not have. Price was very reasonable, particularly for the service and quality of work.

Mr. Lovell was able to repair a corian countertop that others had said needed to be replaced. I could not have been happier. His workmanship is superlative. You cannot tell that it was ever damaged. Definitely this is a five star rating.

What a GREAT experience!! Joe is so professional, honest and did a beautiful job! I will recommend him to anyone needing counters. He is a perfectionist and his work is the proof. His communication throughout the process was terrific - I always knew where we stood and when he would be able to complete the job. He left my home spotless and my new laundry is gorgeous. We had ordered a new cooktop and oven from HH Gregg. Once delivered it was determined that the cut-out in our countertop was not large enough. I contacted Joe at Lovell Construction and originally he was not going to be able to fit me in until the following week when he would be in the area. Once I told him that I had no way of cooking until then, he re-arranged his schedule and was able to fit me in for the following morning! Joe and his helper were amazing. They made the cut-out larger and installed the new cooktop and oven, cleaned up and were on their way. Thanks Joe!!!
