Bowen's is a family and locally owned business with over 35 years of service at the same location. We cover septic tank systems in every way from inspections to large commercial installations. Our service is prompt and professional. We cover the entire Atlanta Metro Area. We offer routine maintenance, backups/emergencies as well as full system repairs and installation. Financing is available.
"Well, the markings for all utilities were taken, but these guys still decided to bring a bobcat, without hesitation as to what could be in the ground, tore up my sprinklers. Common sense, a shovel should have been used for the first few minutes to determine if any wires, pipes (which isn't ideal location) was next to the tank. I was in a meeting, if only the meeting wasn't taken place, i would have stopped them from using a bobcat to rip into the ground without first carefully checking what's near. There are two pvc pipes sticking out of the ground with no purpose, maybe other than to warn something is near the tank. First these guys thought it was my main water line, with all the water pouring out! Thank goodness it wasn't. Then one of the guys explained my septic tank was between my ranch fence and wanted to get his sledgehammer to break the fence. Mind you, I took the fence down or gate in 25 minutes. End, cost me $2500 for the risers, and will cost Me another $1000 for the sprinklers! To management, ry and get your guys to care a bit more about your potential customers property! I'm not sure why all the positive ratings on Google, but I can't help wondering if there's something ? about my house hold that is different!"

Franklin's Septic has been in business since 1979. We offer complete septic care. Check us out on the bbb.org website today. Call us today for a great deal!
"I contacted Mr. Franklin for what I thought was regular maintenance. I had never had the septic pumped before and was unsure where the tank was located as there were no visible indication of the piping. Mr. Franklin poked around but could not locate the piping so he contacted the County Health Department and obtained a copy of the blue print outlining the location of the septic tank. Turns out the line was inactive and the tank did not need to be pumped. After all the trouble Mr. Franklin went through between the drive out here, the hour he spent poking around trying to find the septic tank and waiting for the county to call back, he refused to accept any money from me. He would not even accept a trip charge. In a world were honesty just doesn't seem to exist anymore, it is so good to know that there are still trustworthy businesses out there! Mr. Franklin's knowledge of what to look for toppled with the time he took just to educate me is just priceless! I wish all businesses was like Franklin Septic!"

We are a family owned and operated business. We are a Full service Septic Pumping and Repair company. All of our Technicians are licensed and time served to handle any and all of your septic needs.
"I called them to get my septic pumped and we set up a time for them to come out the next day. It was a good response. They came out and opened my septic on the drain side. They pulled out my filter and cleaned it. They didn’t charge me for that. Which I respect. Then we got into the discussion of pumping it. The guy was really personable and friendly. He went into what we need to do and what is wrong. In the end the quote was $2500. Yes you read that correctly $2500!!!!! I just wanted it pumped, no clogs or back ups. These guys are out here fear selling and taking advantage of people that don’t know. I like supporting local but not if they are taking advantage of the people that don’t know. The people there are nice I’ll give them that, but the price is outrageous. I got my septic pumped and inspected by a more reputable company for more than 75% less than what Simply Septic quoted. The more reputable company said everything was good. They are nice people but don’t let them fool you!!!! They are crooks!"

Yes, most states require septic tank installers to have a license, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed septic tank professional could lead to poor quality work, added future expenses, and potential code violations. A licensed septic tank installer tackling your projects only protects you as a homeowner.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Certified” badge. Angi Certified businesses meet our standards for certification which include:

The cost to replace a septic tank is $7,350 for the average homeowner. This cost can range, however, from $470 to $22,500, depending on several factors. Your house size is a significant factor in the overall cost, but other things like material type impact the final price tag. For example, installing a new septic tank in a one-bedroom house typically costs $500 to $900, whereas installing a new septic tank in a five or six-bedroom home is generally $1,200 to $1,600.
The cost of septic tank repair is $1,775 for the average homeowner. However, depending on a few elements, you might pay as little as $170 or as much as $6,100. Location, repair type, and tank material all determine the final cost. For example, replacing the septic tank filter can be as little as $200 to $300. However, repairing septic lines costs more, averaging around $1,500.
A septic tank can typically last 15 to 20 years on average, though your system's lifespan will vary depending on the type of septic system and the materials used. To help increase your septic tank's lifespan, schedule routine maintenance and do not flush items like cat litter, cigarette butts, or paper towels.
Repairing or replacing a septic tank is a job best left to a professional. Your septic tank is an essential part of your home, and if installed or repaired incorrectly, it could lead to significant problems. Things like polluted water, property damage, and health risks to your family could all happen as a result of an improper septic tank repair or installation.
