I was very impressed by the fact that I just received the recommendation back from Service Magic and Chrissy from Waters Mechanical called my home phone to get more information about our specific problem--talk about fast!

workers were very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. First time I had ever seen anyone install two floot switches and a hard start unit on the outside unit. Installer did a very good.,neat job of the installation.Cleaned up all mess from the installation. Very pleased so far. Hope future complaints will be handled as smoothly if needed.

I highly recommend the team of Jared (Sales), Shawn and Manuel (installation)!!! This was a new system in an existing home. Yes, it took the guys longer than they expected: but the job was done in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner. Shawn and Manuel showed just how resourceful they could be when it came to installing the inside unit in an existing mechanical closet. They had less than a couple of inches to spare, but made it work perfectly. I'm very pleased with the new system, and just as pleased with the installation team. Thanks again, guys, for a JOB WELL DONE!!!
