+ 0 moreThey came to fix each time I have called but something wasn't fixed or I wouldn't have to keep calling. It is approximately two years old and the problems started when it was a month old. It also freezes up frequently, and I change my filters frequently.
Description of Work: Has been called three times. Once to replace thermostat, once for it not cooling properly, and called today about thermostat again and leaking through vents in my ceiling. I would not recommend them.

+ 0 moreThey replaced the thermosta, still having problems, this will be their third or fourth trip out since I've had the unit. I change my air filters frequently. They are supposed to come out and fix tomorrow so I'll have to see how it goes.
Description of Work: Since I've had the Bryant unit, which is about two years I've had problems with the thermostat not working, not cooling, and the inside ceiling vents leaking, and unit freezes up constantly.
