"We needed to get our house and driveway pressure washed since it had been a few years and it needed to be done again. In the past I did this myself and my wife wanted it done again but I did not have the time to do it myself so I shopped around and selected this company. When the service guys were coming out, they notified me that they were on their way and their rough arrival time. When they arrived, I asked them what they planned on doing and how their equipment worked since I have had other people in the past for other services who were clueless on what they would be doing and how their equipment worked. These guys completed the job in a lot less time than it would have taken me to do it and it looked a lot better than I had been able to do it in the past. The soffits on our two story house (actually 3 if you count the daylight basement) are hard to reach and really looked clean. The driveway was cleaned evenly and looked great. I have used a wand in the past which left uneven streaks and they did a great job. We are very pleased with the service and the results."

He sent a drone up on the roof and took multiple photos of all the vents, then supplemented them with a quote which clearly laid out the issues and resolutions. When i asked if Bobby could reduce his quote any, he offered a $200 discount. Ultimately, i learned that my HOA was actually responsible for covering the repairs, so Bobby agreed to refund the deposit i had paid for the work, not even charging me a consultation/trip fee.
