Majestic Plumbing & Electric

I couldn’t replace a difficult light switch in my kitchen and I had realtors coming with their clients in less than 90 minutes. I found Majestic Plumbing and Electrical through Angie’s List and was told all their service technicians were out on calls. Instead of putting me off for another day scheduling Ithe Owner of the Company Ric volunteered to come out and fix the problem. In less than an hour he was at my front door and 10 minutes later repaired my broken light switch. Absolutely unheard of outstanding customer service and customer empathy was demonstrated and practiced by Majestic. Thank you for your kindness and care in 2024, who knew that level of service still existed!!

These guys were awesome! Quick response, professional and approachable, all qualities I appreciate. They called me immediately after putting in the request and it was clear they read my message and were there to help. They were easy to talk to on the phone and in person. The guy who came was Craig, he was able to figure out what was wrong and offered to fix it and gave me an accurate estimate on the spot. Then when I had an issue and had to call he was able to come back the same day (turns out there was no issue, it was me not realizing the outlet was attached to a light switch). These guys are definitely worth a call!

Mr. Boyer is the general manager of a newly opened branch of Majestic Electric and Plumbing in Savannah. I thought he was going to give me an estimate, but he was ready to do the work right then. I had to run out and pick up two light fixtures. He installed them quickly and left the place clean. Who could ask for anything more?

Very prompt with good communication. Initial cost estimate was high, but the technician was able to provide a more economical solution, as well as provided a detailed cost estimate for a larger scale solution for down the road.
