They took what should have been a very bad experience and made it better. They were called at midnight to assess the situation and make recommendations . I had a sewer pipe back up and flood the downstairs of my condo. They stayed until the situation was under control and in a timely manner cleaned up the room , set up the proper equipment to dry out and sanitize the area so repair work could begin. I used the same company for the repair work it was performed in a timely manner, everyone I dealt with was very professional. The work was performed very quickly. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely use this company again. They worked with my insurance comapny to provide the best service.
Description of Work: Removed damaged drywall/ flooring / bathroom vanity from water damage. Then performed reconstruction of same areas. Repairing drywall and painting several rooms/hallway . Installed new laminate flooring in several rooms, installed new vanity in bathroom.

Description of Work: The services of cleaning, drying and mitigation for my basement was performed by Water Removal Sevices after the sewer line backed up and flooded parts of my basement. After Water Removal Service performed that work they informed that they could not put my basement back in order because they claim the job was too small. Therefore I was left to scramble to find someone else to fix my walls, bathroom floor and carpet installation. I specifically told the Water Removal adjuster I wanted Water Removal Service to perform the complete job which included the cleaning, drying, mitigation and the repairs to put my basement back in order. I also told the Water Removal appraiser who came out to for pictures and inspections that I wanted to use Water Removal Service as my sole service provider. Neither the adjuster or appraiser ever told me Water Removal Service had a dollar limit on repairs and my job may be to small for them. Water Removal Service "cherry picked" the part of the job they wanted and left me the customer holding the bag to find someone to put my basement in order.
