Provider did remodel my business location; took a month to complete. Earlier they agreed to do it in 2 weeks. Lost some business. At the end they are asking for more money on top of what is in the contract.

Well the fact is simple, we were given 11 changes to the original scope during the production phase. Many of these included special order material which takes extra time and extra costs.
