They were very professional. They said they would do something in a certain amount of time and stuck with that. The cost ended up being exactly what they said it would be without any hidden charges. We were very pleased with them.

The new space really adds something unusual to our home. We love it. It was a tricky project but Tracy did a great job with the design. We had very few problems and they were quickly resolved. Case was always reachable, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. The only negatives about the project are it was very expensive and I think the work could have been done sooner. It seemed to drag out near the end. However, we are very pleased with the end result and it adds a big impact to our small home.

Although they were the highest bidder by almost $900.00, the upfront consultant did such a great job in design and planning we were sold right away; excellent "work up". The work was done with professionals who were here when they were supposed to be here. The work started on time but went a few days long. I think it was because the actual workers have to attend an upfront meeting with consultant before starting (which I also liked for me) but took them away for next job and delayed completion by 2 days. The exception to satisfaction was the electrician who did not define exactly what type wall switches would be used and they appear cheap (esp. the dimmer switches) and he installed the cheapest "can" light bulbs he could find. But, he was willing to do extra work outside on exterior outlet. And, the electrician did a great job on a very difficult ceiling fan install that required scaffolding. Overall, I think the "value for work done" was good. You do get a one yr. warranty.

They were very professional from the initial contact to the end. I had some special requirements regarding the paint (needed no voc) and they were willing to work with me. They were also very thorough and as they were doing repairs on the siding, they found termites! Roman, the foreman, was very instrumental in helping me get the termite company out there quickly. Also, when I realized I didn't like the paint trim I had picked out, Roman was willing to change gears and he went and got another color and repainted. Mostly though, I never felt like I need to watch over him. It was obvious that Roman took pride in a job well done and needed no supervision from me. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

This work was done immediately, which I appreciate. I called one day, and an estimate was done the following. The actual work was done the following week, and completed when promised. They cleaned up after themselves also. They made clear they were not the cheapest, but I feel we got what we paid for.

IT WAS A GODSEND TO HAVE SUCH COMPETENT HELP SO I COULD GET A NUMBER OF THINGS DONE AT ONCE, RIGHT BEFORE I HAD A PARTY. THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN QUALITY AND WERE FAIRLY PRICED.

WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE NEAT, PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE WHOLE. I FELT COMFORTABLE ENOUGH WITH THE WORKERS (ESPECIALLY BILLY AND ROMAN) THAT I WAS ABLE TO LEAVE MY HOME AND DO NECESSARY ERRANDS. THEY ARE A BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT THE WORK HAS A 2 YEAR WARRANTY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO TOTALLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF A LEAK UNDER THE GARAGE DOORS. THIS WILL NOT PREVENT ME FROM USING THEM IN THE FUTURE. GREAT COMPANY!
