Shaun did a great job for both work items. He was on time, professional, he followed up when he said he would, and charged a fair price for the work. I would definitely hire him again.

Fantastic--even though I am very particular and haven't had good luck with plumbers in the past, I was extremely pleased with The Plumbing Shark. Shaun, the owner, installed a complete well-water whole-house filtration system (that I had ordered on-line) in an extremely efficient and professional manner. He notified me by phone when he was en-route and let me know his arrival time. Not only was the installation completed in a reasonable amount of time, the entire set-up was neat and aesthetically pleasing, and his price was very reasonable. He demonstrated attention to detail, even timing the flush-out of the system prior to installation to the required number of minutes. He added extra shut-off valves which will allow the filters to be changed in a minimal amount of time. Even though he has only been a business owner for a few months, he is enthusiastic, very experienced and extremely knowledgable. I would hire him again and highly recommend him.

Shaun arrived within the agreed time frame and quickly found the problem and had it fixed in hour. He was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. My husband stayed with him during the repair. He patiently explained the problem, a bad fitting and further explained why it failed. The price we paid was very fair. My husband is not easy to impress and Shaun was able to do so. We have future projects that will require a plumber and Shaun will be the one we hire.

Shaun was able to stop by the same day we called and fix the problem. There was a small issue after he left, and he promptly returned the next day to fix it apologized for the inconvenience. I'm not sure you can find anyone as professional and great to work with than him. Definitely recommend. Thanks Shaun.
