Called right after the posting on Home Advisor - and was at my house the following morning. I spoke to other power washing companies and Mr Strickland was so courteous and knowledgeable. He explained how the timing (in the middle of winter) would affect the results. He also offered to come back out in a week to verify his work was successful. While he was there I asked him about a couple of minor fixes I needed. One of which was changing the outside door light since it's about 2 stories high. He was so cooperative and very respectful. Got my HOA happy and I was very happy with the results.

Very courteous and explained details to my understanding. Also cleaned the gutter which was discolored from the roof leaks. Was able to start fast and do follow up based on weather conditions.

It was a pleasure doing business with Bryan. He is fair with his pricing and did an excellent job. He was respectful of both our property and our time.

Bryan and his assistant were right on time and gave me advanced notice the day before which I really appreciated. They were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning our roof and cleaning up the debris on the ground. In addition, it was very cold this morning when they arrived and got on top of the roof so kudos to them for doing the job in not perfect conditions. Their price for the work was very reasonable.and the work very professional.
