+ -1 moreI can't remember the price but it wasn't much. It was a good price. They were very friendly and very informative. They came when they were supposed to. They picked it up when they were supposed to. And they delivered it when they were supposed to. It was an overall great experience. They came all the way from Gainesville, came on time and stayed in touch.
Description of Work: He refinished a dresser.

+ -1 moreEvery restoration, modification, or refinishing project done by SBS Furniture Restoration was completed quickly, professionally, and beautifully. In many cases hardware for newly added doors, new legs, etc. had to be matched or coordinated with original materials. Their selections are always appropriate and make the final product look as if it was the original design. Their prices are reasonable and their work is exceptional.
Description of Work: I've had several pieces of furniture repaired and/or refinished by SBS Furniture Restoration. I've often requested that modifications to the original piece be done at the time of refinishing (i.e. doors, legs/feet, and/or glass be added or removed). SBS Furniture Restoration has always been willing to make those modifications, and completed them to my complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: I have had several pieces repaired and or restored. They are honest, reasonably priced, and they do beautiful work. I also appreciate that if it is something they can't do, they let you know rather than taking your money and wasting your time. Definitely recommend!

+ -1 moreIvan is a joy to work with and his work is excellent. He really understands woods and has a very gentle touch. It is wonderful to find a young man who understands how to restore wood and appreciates the value of beautiful woods.
Description of Work: Ivan refinished a one hundred year old door for me. He not only was very prompt in picking up and delivering the door but went the extra mile in finding the correct insulated glass to make it very energy efficient. His work is beautiful and I will certainly use him again and recommend him to others. I have already given his cards to several friends.
