When we were ready to start looking for a home, we asked around for recommendations of real estate agents, since we were new to the area. A co-worker suggested Myrna, so we called and left a message for her. She called back promptly, and we chatted a bit about the needs of our family, and she began sending us listings to consider. We didn't actually start going out to look at houses right away, but Myrna kept sending listings so that we could get a feel for what we wanted within our price range. In March, we started touring houses, and each time we went out, Myrna took us to houses that fit us better and better. We finally found the perfect house at the end of March/beginning of April, and we closed on it on May 7. Myrna was extremely helpful throughout the whole thing, even though parts of house hunting ended up being very stressful for me. She was optimistic that we would find our perfect home, and she was right! We really appreciate her hard work and expertise, and we would not hesitate to call her in the future for any purchase or sale of real estate.
