They missed the initial appointment and didn't let me know ahead of time that they would be late... That's the only reason they didn't get 5 stars. Other than that, I have no complaints. Jeremy was very responsive when communicating via text.

I cannot rave enough about Professional Systems Design. Initially, they came to my house by chance, but Iâ ve had them come back several times by choice. My husband and I had just bought a house that was in need of many electrical repairs. Our home warranty company sent out Jeremy and his company, Professional Systems Design. I had a list of things I wanted done and Jeremy and his team were able to do everything, working with the warranty company to get as many of the projects covered as possible. What the warranty company didnâ t cover, the charge to us was very reasonable. Since that initial visit, Iâ ve hired Professional Systems Design several times to complete more projects because they are honest, proficient, personable, and professional. Jeremy, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his area of expertise. The team installed new ceiling fans, fixed and added extra outlets, replaced old lighting with recessed lights, installed a camera doorbell system as well as a new bathroom exhaust fan, just to name a few things they did for us. Whenever I had a question or wanted an opinion about how to best accomplish what I wanted to in a room, Jeremy had the answer. Basically, Jeremy knows his stuff! There wasnâ t anything I presented to him that he or his crew couldnâ t do. I have 100% confidence in Professional Systems Designâ s ability and integrity, and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Jeremy gave a verbal quote which he later denied and charged double the amount he quoted changed from a quote to an hourly rate adding six more hours than the actual time he was there. Was asked to put the meter box on the back side of the house. Instead he put it in the side by our garage door so we see it every time we come or go. When confronted his response was the wife wasnt long enough and we talked about it. WE DID NOT! Stepped through my ceiling roof and left large hole in the wall in my pantry above the new panel he installed. Said he would get the ceiling hole repaired but the hole in the pantry was on me. When he left he left trash - electrical wire, boxes, plastic all over our house, yard, and drive way. I have never had such a bad experience and if you decide to use him you better get everything and I do mean everything in writing. Luckily Noah and his father came to my house and did a great job repairing my kitchen ceiling and pantry wall including cleaning up.

Jeremy and Noah were a gem to work with. They were professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I plan on hiring them again for the next phase of my remodeling project.
