We had purchased a house and realized at the closing that we had not arranged for a locksmith to re-key the house. The seller's agent had left the back door open for us, since keys to the existing locks were not available for some reason. Since we wanted to begin working on the house that weekend, we knew we'd have to get the place secure right away. It was a Friday afternoon, so we contacted the closest locksmith to our property. The staff member took my information, called back 5 minutes later stating that no one was immediately available, and asked if we could wait until Monday. When I said we really couldn't wait, she asked for another 5 minutes to track down someone who might be able to squeeze some time into their schedule before the end of business. She called back 3 mintues later and stated that one of her contractors could in fact swing by shortly. The locksmith showed up 10 minutes later, re-keyed the house, made us 4 keys and provided us his invoice. Since we had not attempted to price this job beforehand, we have no opinion on the cost of the job (he charged $80), but we were very pleased with the speed, responsiveness and professionalism of this vendor.

I have never met anyone like her, and I have worked with a lot of realtors. She has the best attitude and works extra hard to sell your home. She helped me in every aspect of preparing a home for sale. She put my needs at the forefront, even above her own. Anytime I needed to talk to her, she always made herself available.
