They always seem to have what I need at a fair price and their employees go out of their way to help!

It was a good experience. They treated me very well and did what they said they're going to do. They were on time and I can't complain. Although they were not attentive when they delivered the stove but they were pretty good.

The crew brought the materials and installed the fence as planned. A installer rep met the crew prior to the start of the job, deliverables were discussed with us, and an inspection visit was made at the end of the installation.

The job was awesome. I have two dogs and they love it, they can come and go as they please now. It's the black vinyl coated fence so it was a special order. They put it in fast and that stood out to me. The crew was good, they seemed to know what they were doing and did it in a timely manner.

The people at Lowes were extremely helpful. They did not actually do the installation, but subcontracted it to a company called Tradewinds (see the review on Tradewinds that I submitted). We had problems with the subcontracted company, but Lowes was immediately available whenever we had an issue to get the company back on track. They responded almost instantly to all phone calls and concerns, and were very helpful with answering all of our questions. Without them, I fear that we would have had a hard time getting the work completed. If we had gone straight to a contractor (or this particular one anyhow), we would have been waiting a long time to get the fence done, and then get the issues fixed that we had with them. We've already spoken to Lowes about the problems we had with this contractor, and it does not sound like Lowes will continue to use this contractor, especially since the contractor tried to undersell Lowes by telling us that for future projects we should skip Lowes and go straight to them. We definitely like the way Lowes does business, and we'll continue to use them in the future. A little extra money for peace of mind is definitely worthwhile.
