+ -1 moreLift It Rite is a local Gainesville Georgia company. This was a professional job, from the estimate to scheduling the job, to completion. They showed up on time and ready to work. Both owners came out. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. I had about a 20 foot section of decking that had sunken below the level of the adjacent concrete. The drop ranged from 1/4” in some areas to over 1” in one 3 foot section. A serious tripping/fall hazard. They swept up all the concrete dust from the holes they bored that was possible to get. Pumped the foam and raised each area back to the level of the adjacent concrete, cleaning up the foam debris as they went. After raising the concrete, they took a concrete saw and cut the jagged concrete along the original joint line to produce a smooth line. Then they filled that area with a liquid foam like backer bar, pushed it down into the joint line then smoothed it with a wire wheel once it had dried(One of the other service providers charged an additional fee to seal the joint line). Finally they sealed the holes they had drilled and did a final cleanup. They did this in 2 hours! And that includes setting up the equipment and putting it all back in the truck. And the price was the most reasonable of the three companies I got estimates from. I will use Lift It Rite if I ever need concrete raised in the future. And I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

*Void filling:
This service can save a slab from cracking and or falling. A lot of the same areas listed above in concrete lifting can be saved if a void fill is performed before the void gets to large for the
adjacent ground to support the slab above. Some voids can be seen easily like voids at the driveway / garage junction, steps going up to front porch or erosion under slabs near downspouts to name a few. Some voids are hidden but give you clues they are there, like a hollow thud in a garage floor, large and shifting cracks in driveways and drains that accept water into them but you never see the water come out the end.
*Soil Stabilization:
Some areas during construction require compaction but if not performed correctly some soils may not be able to support heavy weight and could eventually start to sink or start to create voids. Our stabilization process can remediate soft soils without having to dig up, Remove slabs or disturb landscape drastically.
*Sink Hole Remediation:
Up until the late 90's it was a common practice to dig a hole on site while building a house and throw in construction debris. This was then covered up with dirt. Over time these materials will biodegrade and create small caverns below the soil. The soil near the top may have been sufficient to hold the cavern lid in place for years but over time the more material that degrades the less the soil above can holds itself up. The ground sinks down and causes the soft decayed debris to sink further. The sink hole can continue to grow for years and years. Sometimes small holes can open up and cause a dangerous fall hazard.
Our noninvasive process remediates the sink hole from the bottom up using deep injection rods. Not only can this be done within a day but the remediation process does not disturb the area nor do we need to bring in heavy equipment that could cause landscape damage to and from site.
