Description of Work: Repaired roof leak and several other edge areas. Corrected a long standing cutter issue. Replaced molding and painted. Good prompt service. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreI still think they do good work for a good price, but for some unknown reason, we perceived that we were being manipulated perhaps because our job wasn't very large and, therefore, deemed less important to provide us with the same care as other larger jobs.
Description of Work: Initial contact went exceptionally well. Met the guy who we were led to believe would perform the repair and all went well. However, got an email from the main company explaining that someone else would perform the repair and that they would need some extra information. Here's the thing: we already met with and provided the first worker with the needed information. Upon replying our concerns that we did not want to have the work performed by anyone we hadn't previously met, our efforts were thwarted. They were always very nice, but as a company, they seem to have a problem communicating with their workers. Also, the bait and switch with different workers didn't sit well with us.
