Called 3 different times to receive a quote for fencing. The person told us each time they would call us back - they never did.

Jimmy at Hercules was very professional and very understanding. We were trying to close on our new house and needed the fence built prior to closing as it was rolled into mortgage. We had communications issues with the home builder and Jimmy remained very flexible and accommodating. He was able to arrange things on his end to ensure the work was done in time for us to close. They did a fantastic job on the fence, and we have an area with a very steep slope at the back of the property. Hercules pricing was on par with other quotes and the quality is excellent. I thought they were very expensive but they were prompt in getting the job done. My only complaint about them was that I needed them to come back for some problems that arouse after wards, but they didn't know who I was and totally forgot that I ever existed. They never came back for follow up. I have to say that what they built was extraordinarily nice and they didn't need any repair because those fences were out in the weather all the time. If you needed to repair or replace something exactly as they had put on, it was pretty much out of luck. This was twelve years ago and I haven't checked to see if they are still in business. They may have a different attitude now with the economy as what it is. The product itself was very good but the service was not. They did extra things that they didn't have to do which I'd say is going above and beyond. I got what I paid for and they were very timely. They got done in a record amount of time and the crew that was out here were very respectful. Basically I didn't know whether they were there unless I looked out the window. They were extremely punctual and I would recommend them. To get them to come out and replace a couple of slabs was never going to happen. Their explanation to me was that they had to get all the equipments to fix that, which I thought was stupid. If I replace my fence I might use them but if it's something that you expect to go with your house then you need to call somebody else.
