I talked to the Owner, he was very professional, very friendly and polite. We decided to hire them. I am so glad I did, not only do the have fair pricing, but the work was top notch. The guys arrived about 9:30am and by 2:30 pm they had cut down and hauled away 8 trees. One of these trees was over our fence and deck, it was amazing to watch these guys work and cut this tree down without touching our fence or deck. I would without a doubt recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Had a tree fall over from the wind with threats of more wind lots of rain & possible thunderstorms from the remains of Hurricane Francine. A tall tree caught by a couple of branches holding up the top & keeping it off the deck & apartment. Heaven’s Gate Tree Service was the only one to contact me so hired them. They came out and worked till after dark to get everything fixed! Great work! Would definitely recommend.

Obtained quote for cutting down 2 oak trees - one about 30 ft and the other about 70 ft. $1,200. Price quoted included dropping larger tree in sections with a rope to avoid damage to surrounding area. Price only included removing the branches from the property, not the main trunks so I could keep for firewood. I received the same quoted price from another tree service company but they were not going to drop the tree in sections so I went with Heaven's Gate for that reason. The person quoting asked if they could come next day so I agreed even though I couldn't be present because my son was going to be home. When the crew arrived they pulled the safety card and said the tree couldn't be dropped in sections so they dropped both trees with ropes to try to minimize damage. Damage was minimal but the property was left with a lot of debris and torn up grass which wouldn't have happened if they dropped in sections. I'm fine if they want to make a safety call if there's really a safety issue but felt the different method was more for expediency than safety. The tree had just died this summer and only had one rotten branch. No discount was offered for the easier job. To top it off, they wouldn't cut one of the stumps to the ground and I couldn't get them to come back out to do that despite repeatedly asking. The quoting person even blocked my calls.

Justin is a life saver. He is honest, professional, dependable and trustworthy. We had trees being put in and the company was doing a poor job and he came right away and worked in the rain to resolve the issue. And it wasn’t even his fault or his company planting the trees! Really amazing service. We also identified several trees he plans to remove for us soon. We will NEVER use another tree service. This guy is the real deal. Very knowledgeable. What a great team! This is our second time using Justin and we couldn't be more pleased. His crew removed several tall pines and helped another neighbor with some much needed trimming and pruning. They were reasonably priced and finished in one day. We would strongly recommend Heavens Gate and plan to use them again in the future.

They showed up on time when they said they would be there and did great work. They are true tree professionals and were priced fairly. I will definitely use them again.
