Very responsive to initial discussion and provided full, detailed quote. Good communication on when he could start job and was on time. Completed work on time and at quoted price, no surprises. Job was well done with nice attention to detail. Railing is now safe and secure and looks good.
Description of Work: Replaced railing, balusters and newel posts on staircase and landing. Repaired floor to ensure newel post could be made secure.

Lots and lots of dust, but they did a great job of covering it up and cleaning up each day. Highly labor intensive work, but the quality was excellent.
Description of Work: Sanded, stained stairs and rails, replaced wood balusters with iron.

Mike provided me a quote very quickly and started the job the same week. Not only was his price fair for the work he did, but he did an outstanding job converting our old stair case into a great feature in our home. He and his crew were amazingly professional and did a great job. Lastly, we had freshly refinished floors that were protected through out the job. Pick GA custom stairs for your job. You will be pleased.
Description of Work: Refinished hand rail on large open stair case at entry. Replaced balusters to new wrought iron.
