we have my father-in-law coming home on hospice and wanted to get the AC unit recharged to keep him as comfortable as can be for the time being. A technician showed up and said the system was "running on vacuum" that it would cost $7,800 since the system is "running on vacuum" a new system would HAVE to be installed. At no time did they check for leaks or even insinuate that there was one or where they/it might be, he showed me on his screen that there was no refrigerant or coolant in the system and then said that this means a new AC system is needed. they charge $99 to come try to sell a new system that no one asked for. we told them this was only a temporary situation. I was told from ex-employees on my Facebook post they are commission-based and sales are more important than repairs if they can push the sale. companies like this need to be watched out for as the most important aspect of their service is the selling of new equipment!

Fantastic! HIRE THESE GUYS! You cannot beat the prices. The workers are super nice!! Gentlemen that do a great job at a fair price!
Description of Work: Installed my new gas logs. Vented a new bath fan out of the attic Repaired a bath exhausted that was damaged by of roofers. Replumbed our master bath during renovation

Our water heater started leaking late Friday afternoon before the Memorial Day Weekend. Jason from Gainesville Mechanical showed up within minutes of our call and we had a new water heater installed and tested by dinner time. It could not have gone better.
Description of Work: Installed new water heater, removed the old, and added pressure valve.
