+ -1 moreDan was extremely thorough and provided a very detailed report, and was good-humored about explaining details to us and having us tag after him. Re price, I will note that the home inspection price seemed very reasonable, but since I was using Dan on the strong recommendation on someone I trusted, I didn't get other price points to compare. The mold inspection was expensive but I am told that's just what the lab charges.
Description of Work: Dan performed a detailed home and mold inspection for us and a Four Point Inspection report for us to submit to our insurance company.

Description of Work: Did inspected the home, I was buying. He did a very thorough inspection and explained everything. The report with color photos and descriptions was received within 24 hours. I was in a rush !

Description of Work: EXCELLENT APPEARING FINAL PRODUCT - THE DETAILED REPORT. WAS DELIVERED ON TIME VIA EMAIL AS REQUESTED. HOWEVER, A FEW MISTAKES WHICH MADE THE EXPERIENCE DISAPPOINTING. THE HEAT WAS LEFT ON IN THE HOUSE AFTER THE INSPECTION AND THE SELLER RETURNED A WEEK LATER TO AN EXTREMELY WARM HOUSE--MADE FOR MANY AWKWARD MOMENTS FOR US BETWEEN THE SELLER AND THE REALTORS. MR. BRAVE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND SENT THE OWNER A GIFT CERTIFICATE WHICH WAS NICE. TWO ITEMS MISSED IN THE INSPECTION CAUSED US UNPLANNED POST-PURCHASE EXPENSES: AN ENTIRE BAD ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT AND THE PHONE JACKS IN THE 3 BEDROOMS WERE NOT WORKING--ITEMS WE COULD HAVE ASKED THE SELLER TO FIX PRIOR TO PURCHASE IF WE'D KNOWN. OVERALL, A GREAT GUY; BUT ENOUGH DISAPPOINTMENTS TO MAKE THIS ONE OF THOSE EXPERIENCES NEITHER ONE OF US WOULD WANT TO HAVE HAPPEN AGAIN!

+ -1 moreDAN WAS VERY THOROUGH. THE HOUSE I'M INTERESTED IN IS OVER 50 YEARS OLD. HE TOOK ME AROUND THE HOUSE AND SHOWED ME EVERY FLAW AND EVERY GOOD POINT. HE GAVE SUGGESTIONS ON REPAIRS, AND NAMES OF PLACES WHERE I COULD OBTAIN HARD TO FIND ITEMS. HIS FINAL REPORT WAS VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND.
