Thanks to Cathy, Tony, and Joe, and for great service from the appt set up, to the estimate, to the actual cleaning. Joe was in and out very quickly and did a great job. Some of the stains I did not think would come out did, and a week later have not come back. I was ready to replace the carpet but they did such a great job I don't need to. Thanks so much.

Carpets were damp for 6 hours as explained and looked like new once they were done. Purchased a deal on Angie's List for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning. They explained prior to arriving for the appointment that cleaning oriental rugs were slightly more than wall-to-wall carpet. It turned out not that much more than the original deal. Was worth it - I would recommend this company and I will use them again.

Everything was professional from the scheduling to the person doing the actual cleaning. He arrived on schedule and called when he was on his way. I showed him my concern areas due to heavy traffic. He pretreated these areas. All of the furniture had been previously removed from the areas to be cleaned. That made it so much easier for him to do a thorough job. The end result was the carpets looked new again.

The services were performed in a professional manner. All four bedrooms were cleaned to my satisfaction. However, this company charges by the room instead of the square footage. Therefore, if I wanted to get small closets cleaned, they were going to charge me as if they were cleaning another room instead of a small closet. I did not get any further services from them. As a matter of fact, I called Angie's List to get recommendations for another company to perform the remainder of the services I needed. All in all the services provided were excellent and the representative was friendly and professional. He performed his job very well.

The service went well for me. They were quick and took maybe an hour to do the whole carpet downstairs.

They were on time and very efficient. They did what they came to do and that was it.

When they cleaned the air ducts, some kind of construction debris came out (like a white powder and chunks). When they cleaned them, all kinds of stuff came out of the air ducts and fell on the ground, big pieces of debris. They only cleaned up what was right around them, but there was still all kinds of debris left on the stairs. I told them that I had a cleaning crew coming behind them. The cleaning crew had to clean my walls and ceiling, just everywhere, because there was so much debris. i still have junk coming out of my vents. I've called the office and their cell phones, no one is taking my calls.

He did an exellent job! I have had my carpets cleaned before, but this was by far the best work I have experienced. When finished, the gentleman offered to come back if there was any problem, which there was not.

The remediation company that cleaned up the inital damage tried to clean the rug and said it couldn't be done. Eagle did a complete emersion cleaning and the rug looks like new (it's 26 years old)! Have two more I'm sending their way. Thanks Joe!

They came as scheduled and on time. They did call ahead before coming. The technicians were polite and worked effeciently. They did take care not to damage surrounding wood flooring and the baseboards.

I spent about $150 on the service. They were very prompt and they did a good job. They were very nice young men. I think one of them was the owner of the company. They were very punctual. They cleaned up and left. I have pets and they constantly dirty the rugs. The guys gave me some tips on how to deal with the issue. They were very good; they were very personable young men. It looks like I will need their services very soon. I will recommend them to others as well.

It was great. They are great people. They have wonderful personalities. It is wonderful that their sons help out. They have a good crew.
